Detta vackra hem med tre sovrum med tre badrum ligger på den 17: e farleden på Harbour Town Golf Course i Sea Pines, med utsikt över det 16: e gröna och Calibogue Sound. På framsidan av hemmet finns en privat innergård som leder till ytterdörren. När du går genom de franska dörrarna kommer du att märka det nautiska vardagsrummet precis nedför hallen. Boområdet består av matsalen med plats för sex, frukostbord med plats för fyra, och vardagsrum med en öppen spis, våt bar, TV, DVD-spelare och panoramautsikt över golfbanan och ljudet. Från vardagsrummet kan du komma in i det uppgraderade köket som har gott om diskutrymme och förvaring. Köket ombyggdes totalt 2012 med nya skåp, b��nkskivor och apparater. Bortom köket finns tvättstugan, som har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och tillgång till garaget.

Fortsätter du på första våningen hittar du det underbara huvudbadrummet. Även nyligen renoverat har badrummet bänkskivor i granit, hans och hennes handfat och duschkabin med bänk. Det stora sovrummet är den perfekta platsen att koppla av, och har precis uppdaterats med en helt ny king size-säng. Den har en klädkammare, platt-TV med VHS och ett privat soldäck. Den andra våningen har tre sovrum. Det första sovrummet har två enkelsängar, med ett komplett badkar och bänkskivor i granit. Nästa sovrum har en queen size-säng, med platt-TV och klädkammare. Anslut detta rum till det sista sovrummet är ett delat badrum med bänkskivor i granit och ett stort handfat. Sist men inte minst har vi det tredje sovrummet. Detta rum har inte en, utan två drottningssängar, med en vacker, privat solterrass med utsikt mot golfbanan och ljudet.
Det bakre däck i detta hem ger dig verkligen den ultimata Hilton Head-upplevelsen! En liten pool ligger mitt i det stora soldäcket, komplett med sittplatser för hela familjen och den otroliga utsikten över den 17: e farleden på den berömda Harbour Town Golf Course. När du njuter av poolen och utsikten kan du också laga mat på kolgrillen och äta vid utomhusbordet med plats för upp till sex. Detta hem har kustutstråling med en touch av nautisk elegans. Det är verkligen det perfekta hemmet hemifrån.

This house is wonderful. Beautiful views of the golf course. Great outdoor spaces. Welcoming courtyard. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Conveniently located within walking distance of Harbortown.

Could not have asked for a better place

This place was great for our family. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Communication with the owners was easy and the responses were very quick. We had a small issue with the ice maker and after leaving them a message late at night they were there to fix it early the next morning. I definitely recommend this property!

Perfect Teen Family Getaway

Often traveling with older teens become a struggle of balancing activities, however, with amenities/activities available at or near house everyone enjoyed this getaway. We enjoyed pool, sat and watch the afternoon storms under the covered deck, loved watching birds and alligator in lagoon behind house. Husband and I really enjoyed morning coffee on deck and grilling with cocktails in the evening.

Golf get away

Overall a favorable experience. The accommodations were nice and just as described and the house had all we needed (cooked in one night using the grill). The deck needs a little work (some warped boards and elevated nails) but it was wonderful to sit out there with a cocktail and enjoy the weather, view and course. Located close to a number of fine restaurants and Harbor Town within easy walking distance. Would return if group decides to do Hilton Head again. Thank you!

Amazing stay!!

This property is everything that is shown and more. The location is perfect. It is within easy walking and biking distance to Harbour Town. The view of the golf course and lagoon are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing an alligator, turtle, and many beautiful birds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this house was by far our favorite. The renting process and rental managing company were top notch. We would definitely consider going back to this house again.

Overall property was as described. Great location easy walk to Harbortown. 1hour from Savannah. House overlooked the golf course! Enough room for the 8 of us! Check in check out extremely easy. The rental group very very responsive. Answered back quickly and timely! Only issue slight musty odor when we first got there but opened doors and windows was fine for rest of stay. Overall would rent again!

Great week with family

An easy walk to Harbortown, the location of the home is ideal for shopping, grabbing ice cream, or morning treats at the bakery. The house itself is dated - do not expect luxury appointments. The carpets are dingy and stained, the decor simple, the appliances are old, but all the beds must have new mattresses because there were no complaints about comfort! The pool is small - fine for a quick cool off but not much more. The deck furniture is plastic and not comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers approaching the 16th green and walking on the cart path in the evening to the sound. The management team was responsive and helpful with our requests. Overall a fine place for a week’s stay on beautiful Hilton Head Island!

Lovely location with excellent views from the deck

The property was very nice with a good open concept. A little older than it looks on the photos and could do with a little maintainence. The property was generally clean but the floors definitely need a deep clean (our feet were getting dirty from walking just inside!). Only thing to note is the smaller double bedroom is very basic, with little privacy and the air conditioning unit is next door - this and with a particular vent in the room makes it quite noisy in there. Other 3 rooms are perfect though. Excellent view from the deck. You can just see the sound and a great view of the golf course. Easy few minutes walk to Harbor Town either through the golf course by the sound or a quicker back road. Could do with a crib. Easy parking for 3 cars.

Beautiful views

This property sits on the 16th hole, so you can see people making their final puts while enjoying the view of the sounds in the background and lagoon next to the pool. We enjoyed walking in the evening to see the sunset! Great location for people who love golf!

Gorgeous View - Great home for entertaining family

This home has a spectacular view of Harbortown’s Golf Course. Living area is great for enjoying laughs with a large family. Pool is on the smaller side but that didn’t make a difference to our 9 year olds swimming in it! Kitchen is nice and open - cutlery could definitely use a refresh though. The home was nice and clean when we arrived thanks to extra cleaning due to Covid-19. Carpets, however, are due for a cleaning and/or replacement. Home is a little dated but worked perfectly for us this week! If the owners are ever interested in selling...we would definitely entertain a purchase. Great location and floor plan. Overall, very happy with our stay!

Beautiful House with wonderful views

House was beautiful, extremely roomy, clean, and that is located walking distance to Harbor Town. View of the lagoon is awesome with a lot of birds and wild life and in addition to the beautiful view, there was plenty of outside seating. My only comment would be that the pool is a little small but at the end of the day you are at HH Island and should be spending a lot of time on the beach. The pool is great for cooling off but if you are taking a big family don't expect everybody to be able to play in the pool at the same time. Again, the house is beautiful, well kept and the Master Bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on that was a rental. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Generally loved the property

Overall the house was lovely and just as it appeared in the listing. The house was nicely decorated and everything was clean and neat upon our arrival. The small pool was a great bonus and the deck had a nice view of the golf course. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family. The location of the property was great! Only minutes by car from the beach and within walking distance of Harbor Town. The only issue was the presence of ants in the kitchen (which resulted in having to dispose of some food) and upstairs baths and overlook railing. We purchased bug spray and ant traps which controlled the issue somewhat, but the owner may want to have the property sprayed by professional pest control.
