Practical Details
Parking is conveniently located just steps from your camper, making it easy to come and go as you explore the area. Just past that is the shared port-a-potty.
You don’t need a 4WD vehicle to access the site, and our directions are simple and straightforward. No pulling onto or parking on the grass.

We are ideally situated between Hartford, TN, and Hot Springs, NC, both less than 30 minutes away. Take advantage of the nearby attractions and outdoor activities. Whether it’s hiking the breathtaking trails, fishing in the creek, or enjoying a guided kayak trip with our friend, an ACA L4 kayak instructor, there's something for everyone. The Cosby entrance to the Smoky Mountains is also nearby, offering a gateway to stunning landscapes and adventure.

Happy Camper

My husband and I spent 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. Our amazing host Sherry promptly answered any questions that i had. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would definitely go back to the creekside serenity if ever in the area again.

Creekside treat

I was overall happy with the camper & its site. The gazebo was a bonus. The outhouse through me off. When we arrived, I just couldn’t remember that it was in the description. It would not have stopped me from booking. I have been seeing this site on vrbo for some time & was pleased.

Peaceful Place to Reset.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The RV was very clean and much roomier than I was anticipating. I was looking to get away to a stress free place that I could mentally reset and get some of my computer work done. With the location being an easy drive over to the Smoky Mountain National Park, I was able to do just that. Hike in the morning and relax by the creek in the afternoon. The town of Del Rio is very small and tucked away which makes for ample privacy and a relaxed atmosphere, but still close enough to Newport and Gatlinburg. The RV itself was very clean and comfortable, and the host made sure I had what I needed before I even got there. I would definitely stay here again. Also I recommend the pizza place right down the street. They have really good calzones!

Awesome Father Son Getaway

Great price and location. Jeff and Sherry were very kind and even invited myself and my son to watch them tend to their beehives and gave us a ton of information on the beekeeping process. I will definitely be returning to Creekside Stayz!

We are Sherry and Jeff, and we hail from Indiana and Michigan, (Michiana), but left that frigid region in search of more comfortable winters. We're happy to say that we've found it here!

We may be a newly established campground, but we're certainly not new to the art of hospitality. Our journey began in 2013 when we worked for some of the leading OTA's, and progressed into managing properties for other owners. We have enjoyed hosting thousands of guests from all over the world.

We mostly like the quiet life, gardening, canning, raising chickens, bees and butterflies are a few things that we enjoy. It's a great way to stay active and commune with nature! We have two border collie/aussie shepherd dogs that we keep up at the house on the hill. In addition, we have a paralyzed cat named Tinky Winky and an old, friendly calico named Snickerdoodles that roams around the property.

Gardening, and raising butterflies and bees are a few things that we enjoy. It's a great way to stay active and commune with nature!

We are thrilled to have found this quiet little property in Del Rio on the Trail Fork Creek. Our campground features 4 different camping and glamping experiences, all located along the creek.

We are conveniently situated between Hartford and Hot Springs, (less than 30 min either way), we're the perfect spot for water enthusiasts! There are so many things to do near here, away from the crazy traffic and bustle of the big cities! We are still close enough to all of the attractions offered in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

The current Optionals will be offered with your check-in information. Please order a day in advance. You can pickup and pay on the day of your arrival. We do not keep an open office or store on the property. Your optional items will be at the cream colored door for you to pick up at your convenience, with a trust box for your payment.
