The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. 15 minutes to beaches; Airport; and Cruise Port; 10 minutes to downtown nightlife restaurants and shopping. 20 Minutes to Casino and Hard Rock Stadium. 25 Minutes to Sawgrass Mall and Aventura Mall. We are 12 minute walk to a family park and restaurant. Our neighborhood is secluded on a dead end for peace and privacy. Easy access to interstate and 30 minutes from Miami. Also 10 minutes from convention center.
The space
This is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 full bath apartment. One of bath is on-suite is the large bedroom. Each room has 1 TV. There are 4 beds total plus two couches. This property is not shared with any other guests. At the immediate entrance of the property is a patio area with 2 outdoor chairs, 1 table, and 1 grill. To the left of the property around the corner of the entrance is a second private patio area with one table and four chairs for outdoor dining. This entire property can accommodate 7 people maximum at one time. You get one free assigned/reserved parking space. We can accommodate 2 vehicles maximum. The second vehicle must strictly use designated guest parking areas. We have a community laundry room located in building 1548 on the ground floor with a door marked "Laundry Room". Each machine is coin operated. It is $1.50 each load and Quarters only.
Guest access
Guests have access to community laundry room and community patio. Guests are limited to one free assigned parking space at all times which is also detailed in the check-in instructions.

Check in is 4pm or anytime after.
Check out is 10am or anytime before.
Additional fees may apply for early or late check out requests.
Please return key to lockbox at check out. Lost or stolen key will result in a $100 fee.
This property does not accommodate social events or parties.
Our quiet hours for the community are from 10PM to 7AM everyday. No exceptions.
This is strictly a Non-Smoking Property. There is a minimum $250 fine for this. Tobacco smoking is permitted on community ground but outside only and away from entrance doors. All other smoking habits are to be consume no less than 100 yards from the community property line.
Your detailed check-in instructions will arrive at 8am by message on the day of arrival. Please follow those instructions and address if riding by Uber/Lyft. Make sure your driver takes you to the front entrance.

Unpleasant host

I didn’t feel the property was accurately represented. When I requested to cancel just minutes after arriving, I received a barrage of texts from the host, accusing me of not understanding anything and questioning what I was talking about. Thankfully, VRBO stepped in and provided a credit. However, the constant belittling messages from the host were completely unexpected and not something I’d expect from any host. I’m very dissatisfied with this rental.

Boys Trip

Place was impeccable and clean. The accommodations were great for 3 old men looking to be close to all of the sites of Ft. Lauderdale. TVs are a bit small but other than that it was a very nice place to share and make memories.

Very clean and nice place

I am very happy the way management was taking care of me. Very nice / clean place with 3 bedrooms , a lot of space. Nice area , close to Las Olas. I recommend this apartment to families and people who likes more space and secure neighborhood Andy

Clean and quiet apartment

Very clean. Living furniture a bit uncomfortable for 4 adults. Beds were OK. Nice and quiet. Steep stairs for elderly people. Good locations made it easy to get to cruise port.

Spacious and Comfortable

The beds were comfortable and the livingroom was very roomy. There wasn't soap in the showers so I'm glad I brought my own. Getting through the gate and into the apt was easy. We weren't there long, but it was a great place.

Niceeee!

It was great as far as the inside. TVs were rather small in the rooms and it was veryyyyy noisy outside. The quiet time was not adhered to at all. It was also not great parking when others parked on the street, blocking others. We also didn’t have clear instructions to the trash bin. Outside of all that, we enjoyed and the beds were veryyy comfortable!!

Despite other reviews, my 3 friends and I stayed here March 9-16. (Other reviews from those days are fake.) Many things are necessary to review before you book this property or any other property with “Patrick”. He is NOT understanding, helpful, or a host I would ever suggest booking with. We live 18 hours from Fort Lauderdale, so we had to make advanced plans. First, he changed our home from a house on the beach to 30 minutes from the beach. No biggie, but he canceled completely 7 days before our trip began for no reason. (His account was nowhere to be found on this site after this, so we assumed he was banned or deemed a scammer.) We searched on other apps and found the place we ended up staying at on Vrbo. We booked it, not knowing it was the same owner, and not knowing he gave our old property away to someone else. We paid $40 for an early check-in, to walk into a rude cleaning lady, who said it would be another half hour- 45 minutes. We left and came back and had some trouble getting into our room, which the same lady watched us struggling and we had to ask her for help, which was given in a very negative manner. Our place was nice at first glance. We noticed there were only 4 towels for 4 guests, (you have to pay for a washer and dryer). There were only 4 rolls of toilet paper for an entire week between 4 people, and 1 paper towel roll. There were no cleaning supplies, we had to buy all of them ourselves.

Inaccurate Listing. Host is unconcerned with issues.

The good: Property was very clean. Heavy bleach and cleaner smell when we walked in. It dissipated over the course of an hour or so, but if you're sensitive to that type of thing, you'll need to air out the apartment. Check in was ok and codes to get into the gate and apartment worked just fine. The issues: THE LISTING IS INACCURATE. IT SAYS 4 BEDS AND THERE ARE ONLY 3. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ. I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED IF LISTING WAS ACCURATE. I was told by host (Patrick) we can use the sleeper but the sleeper couch is broken beyond usage. Informed host of the inaccuracy and he responded with gas lighting and attitude. Tried to tell me that 3 bedrooms was not advertised and 4 beds were not in listing. Both statements are false. Wifi network names and code in prior communication were inaccurate (there's a couple stickers on the wine glass holders with the correct ones if you notice them). Checkout time was inaccurate (VRBO Communication says 11am. Posted sign says 10am) He did allow us 11. Front gate is nowhere near secure. The metal gate part around the handle is missing so you can just reach in an open from the inside. The deadbolt on the apartment door doesn't line up with frame so if you don't push in while locking the door, the door will not be secure. Everything is just adequate. Fridge has several broken shelves. Utility closet folding door will not stay closed because it's missing the front guide to keep it on the track.
