We purchased this property because of the location to everything. Dollywood, Old Mill, the Island are a 5 min drive away. Gatlinburg is a 7 minute min drive away.
We also loved that the resort had two pools, two spas, a lazy river, a grilling area and green space. This way if guests didn't want to go to attractions they had plenty to do in the resort!
