Vackert inredda i en rustik fiske lodge tema, ving-stödda lÀderfÄtöljer och hand ristade bord inbjuder dig att slappna av. Det fullt utrustat kök finns spis och ugn, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, kaffekanna och alla rÀtter, bakeware, kastruller och stekpannor, linne du behöver. Lakan, handdukar ingÄr. Absolutely beautiful, this house has everything, Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen very well stocked. I love that the refrigerator has an icemaker.A large wrap around deck, We really enjoyed sitting outside listening to the owls and stargazing.

This is a spacious house with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It’s on a quiet street surrounded by trees. The road getting there is quite rough, but that’s the town’s concern. It was close to everything that we wanted to do and there is a great grocery in Eureka Springs. The hot tub was very nice.

We went to the Passion Play, so the location was great. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a large bedroom with sitting area in the basement, which was perfect.

Weekend getaway

Property was amazing! Didn't care for having to shovel the driveway or the deck but we had a good time. For the extra money i had to pay for the reservation, i shouldnt have had to shovel snow!

Winter Weekend Getaway.

Our second stay at this cabin and it was a wonderful weekend. Comfortable and accommodating in every way. Love the fireplace and hot tub in chilly January weather.

Wonderful Stay

Everything about our stay went smoothly, from making reservation to check-in and communication with Pam. Thanks Pam! A very quiet neighborhood close to some good local restaurants and tram service into downtown, although we were there during the week and easily found parking. The huge fenced in yard is a definite plus for anyone travelling with their pups. Ours loved it! Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area

Needs some TLC hot tub was not working. The large fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. Otherwise nice for what we needed. The host was gracious enough to give us a discount because of the Hot Tub .

Ready to return

Myself and two friends stayed here while attending a wedding at the Thorncrown Chapel. The cabin was conveniently located and quiet. We did try and leave the cabin clean and did 3 loads of laundry -- towels, sheets and robes. It did make for a bit of rushing to leave. We loved the fenced yard and are already planning another "girls outing" next year.

Easy Living

Cute place, plenty of room. A bit chilly until the owner told us how to access the downstairs heater, then all was good. Had some trouble w/ the light in the front bathroom--bulb was out, but when I put a new bulb in and turned it on, it popped and tripped the breaker. Got the breaker going, but never could get the light to work, had to move a different light into the bathroom on a temp basis. Very well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and certainly a reasonable price. If we get back up to Eureka Springs again, we would definitely rent this again!! Owners VERY helpful!

Underwhelmed

I've thought carefully about my review of this property. I booked this property based on previous reviews and an overall rating of 4.8. The property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and it was an easy drive into the main areas of Eureka Springs. The property did have new flooring on the main level. However, the property was not clean and cluttered with many knickknacks throughout the cabin. The master bathroom flooring was dirty and the shower did not drain properly. The toilet lid in the master bathroom was loose. The nightstands in the master bedroom were dusty and the "make-up" area tabletop was stained and dirty. The refrigerator had not been cleaned properly and there were magazines on the end table that dated back to 2015. The property has so much potential but needs a good cleaning and decluttering.

Vacation with our 2 yorkies

We've stayed in at least 10 rentals over the years and this cabin blows the others away. The beautiful cabin is very spacious and clean with a HUGE fenced in yard perfect for our dogs. The cabin is located on a very quiet street but only a mile to downtown Eureka Springs. The new huge modern 8 seat hot tub was clean, very powerful and so relaxing. Tip: If you sit in the corners you get a great mid to upper back massage. Sitting along the wall gets your lower back. You get a leg/feet massage anywhere.We can't wait to go back !

PJ's Perch was a great get-a-way. Great cabin, loved all the wood. Great location and amenities. Kitchen was more than fully stocked. Perfect location, minutes from Downtown, restaurants and some sightseeing. Would definitely recommend. Great that it was pet friendly with a huge fenced yard.

cozy and close to town

Everything was just as expected. My family was able to relax and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was set up well for us to cook our meals and stay in instead of eating out.

My mother-in-law, 2 kids, wife and I enjoyed 2 nights here. Wish we had more time. Plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. Loved the peacefulness of the porch and the hot tub. Great location!

Eureka Perfect Location

Our women’s friend group spent weekend at property and loved it. The location is perfect for exploring Eureka Springs. The property is comfortably furnished, neighborhood quiet, and kitchen supplies more than adequate. Perfect accommodations and would stay there again!

After staying at the Perch for many years, it became available for sale. I jumped at the chance. We purchased the property in 2005, have updated the kitchen and replaced some things, but haven't changed much. Our guests like it that way. John and I have no children but have two hairless Chinese Crested dogs that go with us everywhere. We work at a newspaper, so we try to get away from the stressful life and head to the Perch whenever we can. The whole city comforts us.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We get up in the morning and sit on the back deck and enjoy coffee while listening to the birds and watch the wildlife run through the back yard. At night, we enjoy a glass of wine, sitting in the hot tub. Occasionally we will bring in a couple of massage therapists and enjoy a couple's massage by the fireplace. We love the area, the beauty of the Ozarks and the people are second to none. Eureka is a very comfortable, relaxing area. We love it. We know you will too.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Private but not secluded. Far enough from downtown that you cannot hear the traffic but close enough (a few minutes) to everything.
