• Parking Pass: You will receive an email from the Homeowners Association (HOA) for vehicle registration and to purchase your parking pass. • Rental Agreement & Guest List: After booking, you’ll receive an email to complete your rental agreement and provide a guest list. A copy of the primary renter’s driver’s license is required. Check-in details will only be provided after this is completed.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit hold will be placed on your card three days prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will not be sent until the hold is successfully placed 3 days before check in. Security deposit hold amount is different for each property but the amount will be listed on the checkout page.
• Contactless Check-In: You will receive a door code and check-in instructions 3 days before arrival as long as all required information is provided.
• Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25 years old (No third-party bookings allowed).

One of our favorite things to do is go for a walk on the beach picking up shells and see all the families there having the time of their lives.
