This enchanting house in Cocoa is a delightful retreat for guests. With 4 cozy bedrooms including a queen bed, 2 bunk beds, and a king bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. Plus, there's a lovely living room with a comfy futon for extra relaxation. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Cocoa and our house has to offer. Pool and Hot tub for your daytime and night time relaxation. Convection oven perfect for baking those special dinners, Or maybe the blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep. TV's in every room, 2 outdoor seating areas, 4 bicycles for a enjoyable ride around the quite neighborhood. Board games for a rainy day activity when your not out enjoying all the Florida life around for example. Most activities are less then 50 min drive to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Gator Land etc. Beaches are 20 min drive, we have boogie boards for you to use. Space center & Astronaut Hall of fame, Airboat rides, Skydiving, Zoo, are all within your short drive time. We are close to launch views just a 10 min bike ride up to the park. The house has the top of the line AC unit with Healthy Climate Control for all you allergy suffers. The house has a full house stereo systems that is in all rooms. We do have some workout equipment in the garage for those that can't go on vacation and not miss that workout. To sum our property up we are in the perfect location for all fun activities.

Fantastic getaway

The owner was very nice and helpful and very friendly, the home was AMAZING from the decor to the atmosphere, I would rent with them again. We had so many plans but once we were there it was just so much fun the kids LOVED it and if you’re a parent then you know how hard it is to make them happy! So thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Family Friendly including furbabies

The stay was amazing. Great location and our Hosts were beyond helpful and available if they were needed. The pictures don’t do it justice it’s a must see to appreciate. Our Furbaby also had the time of his life and was very comfortable in the fenced in backyard. There is a little creek in back on the other side of the fence that had a lot of turtles. Beds were comfy. Lots of room. Outside seating where we spent most of our time. We can’t wait to come back and visit

We are just getting started on this adventure of being a host. We are very active people who love do things out doors. We love kayaking, going to the beaches, riding motorcycles, and just relaxing in the pool. We are a very loving family who host every holiday and special events with our 3 boys who have added 3 daughter in laws with 4 grandchildren so far. So come check out this lovely family home, a great space for you to create memories with your family.
