Blue Pearl is a two-story, 1913 craftsman bungalow within one block of the historic square in Granbury, Texas. She maintains a lot of her vintage appeal but with a splash of modern ﬂair. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and will accommodate 8 people comfortably. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, just bring your streaming app logins. IF you are lucky to have a reservation for one of the many parades, they run right in front of the house on Pearl St. which you can enjoy from the comfort of the front porch or private yard of your vacation rental.

Fun weekend and perfect location just off the square!

We stayed at the Blue Pearl for a girls weekend and it was the best location for us. We walked everywhere and had a great time. Shopping on the Square, brunch at Christina's (get your reservations) and the drinks at Silver Saloon were so fun! The house was great and well appointed for our stay. We didn't use the hot tub but sat in the back patio and enjoyed the yard. We would certainly stay again!

Best 'Staycation'

Location is perfect - a minute walk to the square. Charming vintage home with all modern amenities. Great host, great location, great weekend.

Great Granbury Getaway

The Blue Pearl property was perfect for our family get together in Granbury. So convenient to the historic square shops and restaurants, and the property itself was well appointed with plenty of space. Would definitely stay there again!

Christmas in Granbury

The house was great location to the square were we walked and saw Christmas lights. Property had plenty of space for parking and family. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The perfect Granbury getaway

This was such a cute, unique, fun stay! It is the perfect short walk to the square. And it welcomed our little dog with cute dog bowls, treats, and her own little chair! Highly recommend!

Great Girls Weekend!

We had a great time and loved the house and how close it is to the town square. We never had to drive. The house was so fun with the decor and great layout.

Wonderful house!

My husband and I, (and 2 dogs), stayed here for a weekend while attending a wedding in Granbury. We stay in a lot of VRBOs when we travel and this is one of the best we’ve ever experienced! The house is so well kept and fully stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the backyard and hot tub. Our dogs enjoyed the stay as well! Great location for waking to the square! We’ll definitely return soon for another stay!

Great house and host!

This is a great house in a great location. The host is very easy to work with the house is adorable. The attention to detail is amazing! We really appreciated that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The host has even considered welcoming four-legged family members in their staging of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property if you are visiting Granbury.

Absolute Must See

This house is perfection! The way it is decorated is so fun, and the rooms are huge! Pictures dont even do it justice. Wonderful location right by the square. Communication with the owners was very thorough. I cant wait to have my family there again.

A unique and beautiful house

Our family stayed at the Blue Pearl over Thanksgiving. Our group included two grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, and two grandchildren, ages 6 and 8. There was room enough for all of us to be comfortable. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had huge closets. It was great having that extra space to organize and unpack. The front porch and yard were very pretty, and this house is within easy walking distance of the town square. We were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves here. We all agreed we would love to stay here again.

Work shop lockdown

Needed to remain focused to complete a daunting task in a nice place with a location for quick refreshing walks and back to the task. Zeus property was more than anticipated and we were able to work in a perfect environment.

Girls Trip 2023

The house was amazing! The host were so thoughtful and really made us feel special. We came in a group of four for a girls weekend and we could not have found a better place to stay. It was so close to town and we enjoyed walking the square checking out all the cute shops. We we’re able to completely relax back at the house, play games provided and enjoy time in the hot tub! The house was so spacious we all got to relax and recharge with time to ourselves. Every bedroom was beautiful so it was easy to pick rooms! Loved all the beautiful art, decorations and all around feel of the home. You could tell there was a lot of love put into it! Thank y’all for everything!

Exceptional Retreat

Hosted homes can provide an excellent way to be with family away from home and this house certainly did that. It had all the things … the pictures match the actual home, responsive owners, comfortable beds, nicely stocked kitchen, convenient location and clean. What makes this property exceptional is the extra they provide. You felt the intention of the owner to anticipate what their guests may need. It’s was everywhere from the coffee station, to the labels above the light fixtures, the design, the lighting, the dishes, the love from Zeus to other dogs, and other details throughout the house (I don’t want to spoil it all for you). Regarding this house allowing dogs, we normally shy away of those homes out of concerns of dog hair and smell. There was NO problem with that. This house was very clean! The location was perfect for this little town. Just steps from the square for food, shopping, and nightlife. The backyard…wow! The hot tub is really nice. The space is very pleasing to the eye. Egg chairs, couch, corn hole and a very cool extra, perfect for photo moments. There are so many ways to enjoy this place. Even the bathroom upstairs was a gathering place when the girls were getting ready - that bathroom…wow! I think it requires a lot of trust for a hosted home to provide this level of quality to their guests. I greatly appreciate Skipper & Cindy for trusting us with yours. We WILL be back! 💚

Celebrated anniversary.

Wonderful! Kitchen had everything one needed for a big family dinner and the coffee machines plus different coffees, teas etc. was a nice touch! Home was beautifully decorated and the king bed downstairs was so comphy! My only suggestion is we loved sitting on the front porch but there were only two rockers and since the home sleeps 8, maybe have a couple of fold up chairs available. Walking distance to the square too!!

Amazing location! Will stay again!!

We had a group of 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles ages 30-60…location was perfect with walking everywhere we went (except Revolver Brewery!). Enjoyed hot tub, walking trails, downtown dinner, and a concert!!

Beautiful house plenty of space!

We have been going to Granbury on the first weekend of December for 30 years for a girls shopping trip. We always rent a place to stay and this one ranks up there at the top! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us… And mind you we were eight women and two children. The kitchen was large and well equipped, and the backyard was really neat! Unfortunately, with the weather, we didn’t really get to enjoy it, but we did explore it. My one recommendation or piece of advice would be to perhaps add paper towels to your grocery list once you get there because we ran out the first night and we’re scrambling for something the rest of the time we were there. It’s extremely close to the square and very convenient! All in all a wonderful weekend and wonderful place to stay.
