Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Excellent stay

Great location just steps away from the beach. Everything was spotless and communication with the owner was great. He was sure to contact me ahead of time to make sure the check-in process went smoothly and I would definitely stay here again or recommend to others.

Perfect location!

While planning a trip to Florida with my son, I came across this listing and was immediately impressed by the photos, which showed a modern and well-maintained place. I decided to book it, and I’m so glad I did! Joseph was amazing with communication, providing all the details we needed well ahead of time. When we arrived, we were thrilled with the location—it was close to both the beach and the lively part of town. The house is a bit small, but since we didn’t plan to spend much time indoors, it was perfect. Joseph also provided beach chairs and towels for our use. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable! I’ll definitely check if this place is available next time we're in the area!

Location is excellent

Had a quiet few nights on Clearwater Beach in this charming little studio. Joe, the host was very easy to communicate with. Location is 30 seconds walk from gorgeous beach - away from busy crowded hotel section. Did not use the kitchen area. Bed and bathroom areas were clean. Good meal at Sekushi - Ramen was tasty. Three Daughter is a quality brewery if you are looking for local watering hole. Shipwreck bar across the street was just that - a wreck - not worth the trip. Gorgeous sunset on the beach was highlight of the trip.

Quiet but close to everything

Adorable little studio with a VERY short walk to an amazing beach!! Close enough to town for an easy walk to food and entertainment. The studio was clean and well appointed with what you need. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Enjoyable anniversary stay

The property manager/owner is and amazing guy. He checked regularly for anything we may need. Condo was clean, cute, and completely stocked. It made for an awesome vacation and soo close to the beach and walking distance to restuarnts and shopping!!

The studio was perfect for our girl's getaway. Small, but very clean. Location was perfect and Joe was not only responsive but had all the beach necessities available. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

It is a small space but EVERYTHING you could ask for is there! I couldn’t believe how perfect it was. Joe was amazing to answer any little question and he has truly thought of everything. Just the perfect place to stay and oh my that beach is stunning!

Great Experience

Joe, the host, was so great to work with! His communication was above and beyond what is expected. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. The amenities were top notch! We appreciated the quality of the room; granite countertops, soft toilet paper, aloe vera sunburn lotion, a fan, coffee maker with coffee and beach chairs with an umbrella. Joe really thought about what guests are looking for in a comfortable stay. Great Experience!

Beautiful

Spent 2 days here and thoroughly enjoyed it. So close to a non busy section of the beach where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Thankful to Joe for supplying beach chairs and all we could need to make it an enjoyable stay. The cottage was cozy and Joe didn’t scrimp on any part. We will return.

Perfect studio

This studio was just the right size for my husband and I. And just steps from the gulf or to Clearwater and the restaurants and shops. Joe was available and super helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect location, a bit small.

First off, the lack of a 5th star has absolutely nothing to do with Joe. He was incredibly nice, communicative every step of the way and did a fantastic job of welcoming us and being a resource. If your goal is to be on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach, very close to the beach and don't plan on spending much time in the room, this place is perfect. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the place is REALLY small, even smaller than the pictures make it seem. It was just me and my wife and we felt incredibly cramped. All of the appliances and furnishings are very high end and Joe did a great job with the space available, but unfortunately there's no way to make it bigger. If that doesn't matter to you, then please rent this place as everything else was great and we still had an amazing mini-vacation!
