This home is located in one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. It is in the historic, "Museum Area", coveted for the historic architecture of these older dwellings. Within the boundaries are the Museum of the Southwest, Blakemore Planetarium, Centennial Park, several local business and shopping!
This neighborhood lies just outside the downtown business district and has excellent proximity to both downtown, hospital, public and private schools, restaurants. It offers several events per year from trade shows to concerts and other public gatherings.
