The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Guests do not have access to the housekeeping closets. All local guests must contact us prior to booking.

– There is a $100.00 Pet Fee for up to two pets. An additional $50.00 for the third pet. Three pets max.
– The pool opens Memorial Day weekend (May) - October 31st.
– The pool closes November - April.
– We provide a pool pump, leaf skimmer, and pool vacuum for the pool.
– The back house is available for rent as well (click on our profile to see the combined listing). It is completely separated by a wooden fence but can be opened when the compound listing is booked.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– The refrigerator water and ice maker are not connected.

Built in the 1920’s, this home is among the rare surviving residences from Midland’s early oil boom era. While only a handful of homes from before 1930 remain today, this one still stands proudly, offering guests a glimpse into the charm and craftsmanship of nearly a century ago. From its vintage architectural details to its location in the heart of Midland’s historic district, it’s more than a place to stay—it’s a living piece of the city’s story.
