- The primary booker must e-sign a waiver form via email for the stock tank pool. It must be signed before you can have access to the home.

- The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
- Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
- One of the three twin beds is a rollaway bed.
- There is a Pack-N-Play that is stored away. If you need it please let us know three days before check-in.

This home is located in one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. It is in the historic, "Museum Area", coveted for the historic architecture of these older dwellings. Within the boundaries are the Museum of the Southwest, Blakemore Planetarium, Centennial Park, several local business and shopping! This neighborhood lies just outside the downtown business district and has excellent proximity to both downtown, hospital, public and private schools, restaurants. It offers several events per year from trade shows to concerts and other public gatherings. Easy access to I-20, Loop 250, & Hwy 80 (Business 20).
