Denna vackra semester hyra är bekvämt beläget bredvid golfbanan (preparerade längdskidåkning på vintern) och golf på sommaren .... gångavstånd (0. 25 miles) till Park City Mountain Resort och på den fria Park City-bussen systemet. Vi erbjuder en rymlig 3-sovrum, 3. 5 bad villa som bekvämt rymmer upp till 7 personer.

Helt ombyggt år 2008, är lägenheten klar i ett berg chic stil med rika kastanj skinnmöbler och en fantastisk staplade sten spis. Köket har rostfria vitvaror, granit counter-tops, och knotiga al skåp. Den strålningsvärme inom naturstensgolv kommer att hålla dina tår varma direkt ur duschen. Dessa lägenheter erbjuder även höghastighetsinternet och en privat tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Den öppna layout skapar en skön miljö för umgänge och avkoppling. Föreställ dig steg från ditt kök i ditt eget privata utomhusbadkar med ljusa Utah snöflingor som faller omkring dig eller på sommaren bara några steg från en vacker pool för att kyla och uppfriska dig själv efter en bra dag med vandring, mountainbike eller golf .. ..

(Det finns ett klubbhus pool tvärs över uppfarten för sommar kul) gångavstånd på båda hörnen finns det mountainbike uthyrning för sommar kul eller skiduthyrning under vintern

Vårt hem-away-from-home erbjuder inspirerande utsikt över bergen och alla bekvämligheter du förväntar dig i en lyx hyra. Om de tre orterna i Park City är inte tillräckligt, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin och Powder Mountain är alla inom en timmes bilresa. Great place to stay to ski!

We had a great time at Park City and the Canyons the past few days. This place was clean and comfortable…and the hot tub felt great after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

Spring skiing

Family had a great time spring skiing at Park City and Canyons. The proximity to Mountain, town and supermarket were as described. The home was as expected with all of the amenities of home.

Great location and space

This property is in an excellent location! The space and layout is fantastic. Loved having a washer/dryer, well stocked kitchen, and pool/hot tub. Decor and carpet could be updated, but not a major concern during our stay.

Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for our annual ski trip. Located within walking distance from the free bus line and directly across the street from a grocery store, we couldn't have been happier. Bonus was the heated floor throughout the condo! No cold feet here.

Perfect ski getaway in Park City

Perfect!

Close to everything, easy walk to shuttle, clean and beautiful! We will definitely book here again! If you come to ski we brought our ski boots but decided to rent instead of checking our ski's on the plane. Cole's Sports was an easy walk and had high performance ski's to rent. The shuttle took us to Park City ski area and to Deer Valley. It is easy to use. Perfect place and location!

Perfect ski condo

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5! The unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. We would definitely book again!

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT the house description states "Ski in Ski out access." This home is NOT "Ski in ski out." The home is very clean, very comfortable. The private hot tub was great the outdoor pool and hot tub were great BUT the fact that ski in/ski out was our first priority for booking was a HUGE game changer for us.

Perfect location for Park City spring break ski trip

Great house in a perfect location. Stayed with my wife and two kids along with my brother and his wife. House was perfect size and located so close to Park Cuty mountain and free bus, grocery and liquor store. Highly recommend.

Birthday get away

This is a wonderful place to stay, the condo is close to the slopes, close to the grocery store and restaurants. The heated floors were fantastic, the hot tub was great and the space perfect for the 6 of us. Communication was excellent with the manager.

Don’t think twice about staying here ! It was the perfect location to Main Street and the slopes. We didn’t have to call an Uber at all since the shuttle service was very reliable. Would definitely stay here again.

Park City Condo

This condo has everything you need for a great stay, is located very close to grocery store, bus stop, ski rental shop! The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing too. The property manager very quickly responded also. Each room has its own bathroom which is nice for a big group.

Perfect for the 5 of us

The 5 of us, all over 65, have been skiing Park City for the past 20 years. We have stayed at a number of condos but this one is the best. This will have been our third time staying at This condo and we are planning on returning again next year. Very clean, close to the Mountain, and great hot tub. John, the management company, was easy to reach and we had no problems with check in and out.

Great Condo

This Condo was convenient to the super market (across the street) Main street (0.9 miles walk), Park City lift (5 Min schlepping), Shuttles to all locations mentioned. This 3 bedroom condo had good sleeping arrangements and also good amenities for kitchen like spices, Foil, plastic wrap and all the utensils and dishes and pans! Also Sheets and blankets and pillows!The hot tub was a huge hit after skiing as well.We would stay again and recommend this Condo.

Great location! Updated condo

We spent several nights in March 2018 in this wonderful condo. The hosts were very easy to work with and accommodating. We loved the hot tub, it was very clean. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. We highly recommend renting ski and snow gear at Cole Sports which is basically in their parking lot. This is a great unit on the golf course which gives you a beautiful view. We hope to be back

They love to come here and enjoy the fresh mountain air and all the activities Park City has to offer. They are fortunate to have their daughter, husband and two adorable grandchildren living and working in Park City.
