Palm Coast Experience

First time staying in Palm Coast, this home is full of all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Home is beautiful and pool area is perfect for relaxing after beach days!

Love this house so many little things to make our stay so pleasant The lanai and pool are perfect We ate lunch outside a lot Wonderful neighborhood near all shopping Coming back for sure Would love to rent this place again

Better Then Expected

Stayed for a month with family and friends. Great for entertaining. Only wish the pool was heated but will definitely book again!!

Beautiful home

This place was a vacation in itself we ate dinners on the lani at the 8 person table. All the cooking equipment was above average. We spent alot of time in the pool every room had a tv and the bath in the master bedroom is amazing 👏. Having access to the garage was nice since we had motorcycles with us. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Palm Coast getaway

Beautiful house, in a great area. Would have gotten 5 stars except for two things. 1. The night before our checkout, we got instructions that no trash was allowed to be left on site. We had a weeks worth of trash that we had to figure out disposal on. This should be noted upfront, or given the option to pay a disposal fee. 2. The gas grill was not very safe. There was grease in the bottom of grill which caused smoke to fill the patio. There was also no propane in the tank, so we had to supply our own, but the money was wasted when we could not use the grill.

Thanksgiving

The property was just as described beautiful inside and out. It was one of the nicest VRBO our family has stayed at. The location was convenient to the beach , park and grocery stores. We didn’t venture out too much because the weather was a factor. The pool area we enjoyed with the covered lanai even though it rained most of the time , it allowed us to enjoyed the outside without getting wet. The only complaint I have is there weren’t any supplies for people traveling from out of state : no cleaning supplies , no vacuum or mop, no beach or pool towels, no beach supplies like chairs, umbrellas , etc. We travel to Florida a lot and this is the first home that did not have any of those items.

Hidden gem with amazing benefits

This house was even more beautiful than the photos. They went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed and more. Furniture was awesome inside and out. The lanai area is one of a kind and the best I have ever seen. We were able to sit outside even when it rained and was a little chilly. The pet door is a huge bonus and my puppy learned it in just a couple of tries. Loved the decor and the kitchen was very well stocked. Upgraded appliances were a bonus. I liked that we could access the garage to get out of the rain and have some privacy. The back yard is completed fenced so it was great being able to take my puppy out without fear of him running away or being attacked. Only wish is that we had a patio heater. We didn’t use the grill but the outdoor kitchen area was incredible with the very big tv and furnishings. Only thing missing is no sidewalks in the neighborhood for walking but a beautiful park close by to take your dog, kids, etc. great experience and I’m glad we stayed two weeks. This house was worth it.

Amazing!!!!

This house was absolutely amazing! Everything about it was perfect. We did have an issue with checking in. I was sent an incorrect code for the door lock. We had arrived at 12:30 at night and were exhausted from our long drive. It was very frustrating that we couldn’t get in. It took the property manager about 45 minutes to respond when I contacted them. I was about to get a hotel for the night. They gave me another code to try and that worked. We also had an issue with the pool in the beginning. The pool skimmer wasn’t working properly so there was stuff floating all over the top of the water. The property manager was very responsive and had sent someone to clean the pool. After a couple of days, the skimmer was working. And the pool was crystal clear. Other than those two incidents, our stay was awesome. I loved how there were sliding doors that opened up the living room to the patio. The weather was cool in the mornings, so it was so nice to let in the fresh air. I would highly recommend staying here.

Peacefully Quiet

The house is warm and inviting. A small hiccup when we first arrived the code given to enter was incorrect. Thank goodness a representative at the management office was available. The refrigerator had a stain that ran across the 2nd shelf. Lawn care and pool maintenance just show up without notice. It was startling. We were enjoying the Lanai and pool and we hear riding mowers come through. We emailed management regarding this matter and asked if there was any other maintenance scheduled. We didn't receive a reply. Yet again on a Friday.. we're enjoying the pool and 2 men come in the rear and again we're startled out of our relaxed state. We didn't mind but a heads up or schedule would definitely be safer and considerate for all parties. Overall the peace and quiet were above par!
