Bring your clubs to play at the Emerald Bay Golf Club just two miles away and take the low-speed vehicle to enjoy a fabulous day on the green. If you want to stay closer to home, take a dip in the sparkling pool and experience some much-needed you-time. A community pool is available within walking distance if you need a bigger place to splash.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, marveling at the chic and stylish interior, or indulging in a favorite show on the large TV. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will receive a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Nine TVs are throughout the property with over 100 channels and on-demand movies!

A “mother-in-law" suite is available for those who want some privacy, with their own bedroom, a private washer/dryer, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The entrance is separate from the main house.

Pool heat is available upon request. Please request at least 24 to 48 hours prior to check-in to ensure it is activated for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
