🔹Absolutely no more than max occupancy
🔹We require all guests to sign a renter agreement
🔹A security deposit of $500 is held for all bookings, which will be released three days after check-out

‼️ Door Codes and Check-in instructions will not be sent until BOOKING HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL
🔹We allow 1 Pet under 30 lbs for a charge of $60 per night. For each additional pet, an additional pet fee applies. Please message us with any questions.
🔹No late checkout or early check-in as this allows our cleaners to properly clean and sanitize property. Late fee applies.
🔹No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.

‼️ Requirements & Check-In Info: Door codes and instructions will be provided after the booking is paid in full, the renter agreement has been signed, a valid ID of the primary booker has been filed for security, legal, or payment verification purposes, POC form is completed, and a security deposit has been held. Please note that the deposit is only a hold and not an actual charge; it will be released three days after checkout, provided there are no issues.
