I had to be admitted to the hospital in Branson on the night before departure. I sent a message requesting late check out because was not sure I would be out of hospital. It was denied. I rushed the hospital to release me before I should have been, so my husband and I could meet the check out time. Then we drove home without sleep and had to go to a doctor in KC this afternoon. There needs to be something to do in case of emergencies.

We are so sorry to hear about your medical emergency and hope you are resting and recovering well. While check-out times are strictly set to allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the condo for incoming guests, we deeply regret the stress and inconvenience this situation caused during an already difficult time. We always aim to support our guests during unexpected circumstances whenever schedule and turnover constraints allow. Thank you for your feedback, and we wish you a full and speedy recovery.

Amazing view - beautiful condo - close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the deck, and perfectly located within a mile to a mile and a half of Silver Dollar City, and a very short drive into downtown Branson. I would definitely read this condo again for my next trip. We discuss the potential to come back on our trip home.
