This 3 bedroom has exceptional interior quality and views. From the wrap around balcony there are multiple amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola Bay and Ridge Point. The vista from this condo is spectacular and unforgettable.
This 3 bedroom has a beautiful interior, and a built in bar in the den with a mini refrigerator, granite and high end cabinets in the kitchen.
There are beautiful details throughout this property. The kitchen is equipped to prepare wonderful meals for family and friends. Wheather preparing fresh Gulf seafood , grilling steaks on the electric patio grill,or whipping up a simple snack, everything tastes better at the beach!
The master bedroom has King bedding, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed plus a couch with a sofa sleeper, and the 3rd bedroom has king bedding. All bedrooms have ample dresser space.
Portofino has so much to offer and this condo is a great haven for beach lovers. Relax and Enjoy!

Portofino is always a nice time! We’ve stayed in multiple units. This one was just okay, not my favorite. It had all the basic items. The shower had pink mold. A tiny cockroach crawled out as we were unpacking. Things were dirty. It needs to be upgraded.

Beautiful view but needs work

The view is beautiful, the amenities are great, incredible beaches this condo needs work. There were a lot of little issues along with a taped up shower door. The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and pillows have yellow stains all over them so we had to wash those right away and the owner did not try to resolve the issue. One of the doors in the room don’t lock and there was a massive storm one night that kept opening the door. The view is beautiful and there was a lot of space but would not stay again due to the issues.

Great!

We’ve stayed at the Portofino’s the last 5 out of 6 years and enjoy it a lot! Everyone is so friendly! The condo was nice! We would stay in it again! (Our friends were in a condo with a different property manager this time and only had 1 roll of TP, 1 dishwasher pod, no spices, no coffee filters, etc. I’m thankful this condo’s property manager provides or leaves some extras!)

Here for a wedding

Views were amazing. Very spacious unit. Easily accessed. Very nice property. Close to pool and bay. Beach is across the street from property but a two minute walk. Staff very helpful.

Beautiful views of the sound

Great priced unit in beautiful Portofino with really stunning views of the sound all around the balcony--ours was just a quick getaway and the weather didn't cooperate but it was still a sweet little trip. My daughter and I have stayed in many units in Portofino and this one could be updated a little, really just better sofa placement to make watching TV on rainy beach days a bit better would help. Still, this was the best priced unit for a getaway and the views are just spectacular.
