Close distance and a short walk to local restaurants, shopping centers and views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra mountains. A prime destination. This cozy 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath, 2250 sq. ft condo is a comfortably furnished mountain get away. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and laundry room.
In summer, you can enjoy walking or running along Lakeshore Boulevard on a popular 3-mile walking and running stretch along the north shore of the lake. Two Golf Courses are surrounded by views of the Sierra Mountains and Lake Tahoe nearby. Hiking and mountain biking trails include the Tahoe Rim Trail and the Flume Trail. Sand Harbor State Beach 3 miles to the south has access for boating and beach recreation. Near the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Action Watersports provides opportunities for windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing and parasailing.
In winter, downhill or cross-country skiing, sledding or snowmobile are within 15 minutes. Catch the free shuttle to Diamond Peak Resort for great family skiing, A 15-minute drive to Mount Rose Ski Tahoe presents gravity at its finest. Squaw Valley Northstar-At-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows are within 35-minute drive.
