THE PEARL - New Oceanfront Condo
Relax in Kure Beach at The Pearl. The Pearl is an oceanfront three-bedroom/two bath condo at Ocean Dunes. It is on the 3rd floor. There is a carport on the first floor. It boasts an unbeatable location within a short distance to dining, shops, and entertainment. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy a nice cup of coffee as you smell the ocean breeze.
The space
The Pearl is a completely renovated condo that has new finishes from floor to ceiling. This condo has seating at the kitchen area as well as a dining table. It boast a kitchen with everything you need including full size appliances, new finishes, and everything you need to make a yummy meal. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. The living area is cozy and has a 65'' TV. As you look out the window, there is an unbeatable view. Walk right out on the deck to enjoy the ocean air as you drink your morning coffee or gaze at the stars while watching the waves crash in the moonlight.
Check out the Coquina Outcrop from the balcony! - Kure Beachâs coquina rock formation is home to a very rare and distinctive mossy hard rock outcropping. Only visible during low tide, the rock is cemented together by seashells and coral over thousands of years. It is a true natural wonder and remains the only rock formation on the coast of North Carolina that is home to a variety of wildlife.
We are also right next to Fort Fisher and the Southport ferry!
The building does have an elevator which should be up and running by June of 2023!
