Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the adorable and modern decor, fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to enjoy an amazing vacation-good wifi and it's pet friendly. Located minutes from the beach and a short walk to the river. Near to all the yummy local dining of Beach Street, the entertainment and nightlife of Daytona Beach, fishing, golfing, pickleball, rocket launches...you will never be bored at the Bungalow. Adorable bungalow main house with fenced in yard and mid-modern decor. Enjoy an oasis with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a great family vacation. Please note, guest house may be occupied unless you rent the entire bungalow (different listing, search Spanish Bungalow). Guest house has separate entrance, yard for pups and laundry building may be shared. We will email you from our door lock company (look for an email from RemoteLock) with your specific door code. Please note, we must have your actual email address to send you the code. Located in the quintessential Florida town of Holly Hill, you are minutes from all the action of Daytona Beach, the track, nightlife and local dining, yet get to enjoy a quiet peaceful street. Cross the bridge two blocks away and drive onto the beachside where you can actually drive on our beach (tide permitting). You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep, bicycle or other form of transportation to enjoy our fun beach town. No smoking inside the house or near house with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the house or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the house will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don't want it stinky. Just please smoke outside away from the doors. No tampering with fire extinguisher or smoke detectors. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. No parties No drugs or underage drinking No loud music, cursing or behavior that would make neighbors uncomfortable. Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions SECURITY DEPOSIT. In lieu of a security deposit, at the time of the booking, guest shall be required to purchase rental coverage for the duration of their stay. The guest is held financially responsible for damages to the Rental Property, whether made by themselves, their family, and another guest in their group or invitee. POSSESSION. Guest shall be entitled to possession on the first day of the term of the booking at 3pm (condos) 4pm (houses), and shall yield possession to Manager on the last day of the term of this Booking at 10am, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing and early check-in or late check-out fee paid. At the expiration of the booking, guest shall remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the Premises to manager in as good a condition as when delivered to guest. MINIMUM STAY. The guest will be required to pay for the booked dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so by contacting the Manager and paying additional fees if the unit is available for extension and the guest has abided by all rules. USE OF PREMISES/ABSENCES. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Guest agrees to adhere to all guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and any local and state regulations. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. All guests over the age of 15 will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID. For properties that allow pets, pets are only allowed if approved by Manager. All pets must be disclosed to Manager within 24 hours of booking, or if booking is less than 24 hours from booking time then at the time of booking. Guest must pay any required pet fees no less than 7 days prior to reservation start. For bookings made within a week of reservation, fee must be paid same day as the reservation is made.
