New 2023 Listing. Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included. Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Clean and Comfy

Clean and comfy property. Must be able to climb steps as there are stairs that lead up to living room (and upstairs loft) and down into bedrooms/bathrooms. Responsive owners.

Family vacation

Property is gorgeous, easy walk to the beach. Close to a pool. When you walk in, you walk up a set of stairs to the living room and kitchen then a spiral staircase to the loft. AC is definitely working hard during the day because the air was set @69 but the temp in the condo was 74 degrees. When you go down two set of stairs is where the two bedrooms are with both bathrooms. Temperature down there is definitely 69 degrees. Overall great communication with the host. I recommend this property but maybe get some black out curtains for the main area to keep it cool during the day.

Wake up

This day was great. I had personal circumstances Unintended situation where I had to leave out of town in order to handle some business for work. Unfortunately, I put my trust and faith into the wrong people who I thought would do right by me I was terribly wrong. I had gotten stuck in North Carolina and reached out to someone who is supposed to be a close friend to keep an eye out on the place and they took advantage of that in my kindness as a weakness, and I am terribly sorry for how things turned out. The owners are lovely, so very kind. I’m sure they look at it same way as that, I took advantage of their kindness , and I pray for their forgiveness And use this terrible situation as a huge lesson that I won’t forget in life

Our journey began over 30 years ago when a coworker suggested our children would love Kingston Resorts in Myrtle Beach. We packed up our family and drove from NY for spring vacation. It was love at first sight and we purchased 6F Cumberland Terrace. We vacationed here when we could and rented our home the rest of the year. As retirement approached we decided Myrtle Beach would be perfect for us. We purchased a home across the street in Arcadia Ridge so we would have enough room for our children and grandchildren to visit, but just couldn't let go of our first home in Myrtle Beach. We hope you will love our CT home as much as we do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
