Our Villa is a spacious 4-bedroom 3-bath home located 10 mins from Road America, 15 mins from Kohler spa, 25 mins from Whistling straits golf course and 10 mins from Elkhart lake.

Our home offers a unique blend of modern amenities and rustic charm, with an open floor concept perfect for entertaining family and friends. As soon as you enter our villa, you’ll be greeted by an open, airy living space featuring high ceilings and ample natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, with top-of-the-line appliances and all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the spacious dining area, complete with comfortable seating for all guests. The property has a gorgeous three-season room with a cozy fireplace perfect for relaxing, reading a book, meditating, or listening to the sounds of nature.

There are four comfortable bedrooms, each with a unique style and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with views of the surrounding nature.

As night falls, gather around the bonfire pit and roast marshmallows while enjoying the peaceful sounds of your fire crackling, or you can gaze at the stars peacefully.

Sports lovers can indulge in car racing at Road America or tee off at Kohler and nearby golf courses.

Fishing enthusiasts will love the trout hatchery and spring-fed ponds available for fishing around the corner (poles and worms provided, open to the public), where you can spend a lazy afternoon casting a line and relaxing by the water's edge.

If you are a runner, our property also has trails to enjoy a scenic jog and the stunning natural beauty surrounding you.

This is a beautiful home on a large, private lot. The manager is responsive and kind, and it was the perfect place for our family gathering.

Outstanding

The photos of this property absolutely capture all the wonderful features. The house is beautiful and is on such a lovely spot. The primary suite is luxurious - the room is large, the bed is so comfortable, the linens are first-rate. The kitchen is very well equipped. We didn't need this much room but could see that a large group would be very comfortable here. Loved everything about our stay.

Solitude and Nature

This property is beautiful. We had a group of 9 stay following a wedding and had a great time. There are so many spaces that can accommodate a large group, or just allow you to get away by yourself. Plenty of room. We played games one night, went for a hike in the woods and adjacent meadow during the day. Then the next night we sat around the fire and toasted marshmallows. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a bed for everyone. And when we awoke one morning to no Internet…a quick message to Ani had her contacting a neighbor to come fix it. Great service. It’s a beautiful area, close to so much natural beauty! We want to come back in the winter.

Stunningly beautiful

The pictures hardly do this property justice. Starting with the driveway, we immediately felt transported to our own secluded oasis in the woods. We were thoroughly impressed by the luxury amenities, thoughtful decor, and ample space within the home. Our kids were blown away by how frequently they saw deer, turkey, and other wildlife around the property. It was a challenge to get them to stop exploring the woods. Even with the property being secluded, we were surprised how close we were to restaurants, shopping , etc. The Kohler area wasn’t even 20 minutes from the home. Our host, Ani, was very responsive and accommodating the entire stay. We absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area!
