Welcome to your cozy mountain getaway, minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Escape to the mountains in this beautiful vacation home, renovated in 2022. Located in the charming Boulder Pointe neighborhood, on a secluded street, come escape the heat during the summer and enjoy the snowy wonderland during the winter. Styled with modern design elements and charming vintage decor, this comfortable getaway comes fully stocked for your adventures. No detail has been spared!

-Interstate 40 is nearby, you may hear traffic noise. This is a townhome with shared walls, and you may also hear noise from neighbors. If this is a concern, please reach out with questions. In our experience, the noise has been very minimal.
-This home is pet friendly and all animals must be listed on the reservation. Pet fee of $25 per animal per day, with a limit of two animals per reservation. Please do not permit pets to sleep in the beds. In your initial reservation, you will be charged $25 for the pet fee for the first night, and then you'll receive a separate charge from us for the remaining balance.
-There is no smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed in the house.

-Please be mindful about what media is downloaded on the WiFi. Any guest who illegally downloads media will be subject to the fees and fines that we receive from the internet company, which are significant.
