This fully WIFi, cable, and streaming equipped home is located in the popular gated community of University Park Country Club This 2000 sq foot, fully furnished, newly renovated and tastefully decorated fairway home is minutes from Sarasota’s World Class shopping, dining, and nationally renowned beaches. Enjoy driving your golf cart (1 minute) to the beautiful heated community pool and spa overlooking the 17th hole and lake at University Park CC. Our home features a dining area that seats 6 and a high end large, open fully renovated and fully equipped kitchen and an eating area which opens to the large living area featuring 15 foot ceilings, with recessed lighting, 65 inch HDTV cable and streaming flat screen, bar stools, and large comfortable sectional seating. Walk thru the accordion Tri folding doors to fully furnished large lanai which comfortably seats 8 with eating area. This lanai allows for a full view of the 15 the hole at UPCC during the day AND a beautiful sunset view during cocktail hours! We have spent much of early retired lives traveling around the US and abroad.
With the fortunate addition of wonderful grandchildren in Indiana and Northeast Florida we now spend much of out time between those two locations. This is our second time in Sarasota. We returned because of the weather AND we realized what a gem this City and University Park CC is. The friendly people make this development! They are warmest you will meet anywhere. The facilities are first class and maintained beautifully all year round.

As the description says: Not only have we made sure this property is totally update and beautifully renovated but it is in the best location you could be in. Only minutes from fantastic beaches, world class golf courses everywhere you look. Loads of Shopping at the well known UTC mall and too many dining venues. Only 10 minutes from the Sarasota airport! Sarasota has become a leading art and cultural hub in addition to having the best beaches in Florida! We love waking up in the quiet morning and having a cup of coffee while watching early morning golfers ride by on our beautiful golf course. In the evening you will have a wonderful sunset to enjoy your favorite beverage with before your short drive to the many fine dining establishment this city has to offer.
