Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. Our stay was very enjoyable! It was quiet and had beautiful ocean view. It was clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen and living quarters were just what we needed. The washer and dryer came in very handy. I would recommend you stay here. It is a great place!!

We loved our stay at KS as a family. It was the perfect rental for us. We loved how close it was to the beach, the facility was wonderful, the pools were beautiful and location to other things was super close. We definitely would go back again.
