Welcome to Sea Haven, a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo located in the Winds IV. This tranquil place is just steps away from the ocean and located in the heart of Carolina Beach just a few minutes' drive away from the boardwalk and multiple restaurants. Start your day off with breakfast nearby at Katie's Pancake House or take your coffee out on one of the 2 large decks while you listen to the breaking waves. After breakfast enjoy a beautiful day on the beach followed by the pool located at the Winds condominiums. If its rainy no worries, there is plenty to do. Your family will have lots of fun visiting the Fort Fisher Aquarium, Carolina Beach Arcade, iEscape Rooms or do some local shopping. And please while you're out make sure to stop by Britt's Donuts named 2nd best in the nation, for a yummy afternoon snack. Finish your day off relaxing back at the condo where there is ample living space for your family to gather and spend time together cooking or ordering in. After dinner lounge comfortably on the couch or back on the decks to enjoy the breeze before retreating back to your bedroom for the night where you can enjoy a good book, movie or just snuggle in bed for a great night sleep. Family vacation week

Great place for a family vacation. First time using Vrbo and very pleased with the results of choosing Sea Haven. Condo was clean, decorated very nice, plenty of space, and had a fully stocked kitchen. Perfect location to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The hosts were great with communication online as well as a detailed book located in the condo.Highly recommend!!

Carolina Beach Trip 2024

Excellent stay all around! Bryan and Lindsay were super responsive to any question we had throughout our stay. The property was just as described in the listing, and a perfect distance to be able to walk to the beach and the board walk. THE BEST VACATION

My family and I waited last minute to book a place but not just any place. We wanted to make sure we stayed close to the beach and had a pool. Our stay was perfect! From the moment we pulled up and opened the door…every room made us feel like we were at home. I will definitely be back!

Carolina Beach condo

A friend and I took our graduating senior daughters and a few of their friends for the weekend. The location was great, condo was clean and we used the kitchen for almost all of our meals. Walking distance to a cute coffee shop, Boba Tea, and most importantly, the beach!

Superb beach condo for young families & teens

Perfect location across the street from the beach, loaded with amenities for young families as well as teens. Condo was impeccable with many unexpected add-on's - tons of beach toys, games, kitchen goods. Very clean and comfortable for families. Hosts were super responsive. Had an amazing trip, definitely would rebook.

Fantastic Accomodations!

This is a great place to stay at Carolina Beach! The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, the condo is very will stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for your visit to the beach. The bonus is that you are very short walk to the beach and you can easily walk to the boardwalk and several great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

A perfect week!

I cannot say enough about this property...it was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our first family girls trip. Upon letting the owners know there was not a beach umbrella, they came that evening and restocked the storage locker. We were so appreciative.

Wonderful family week

This was the perfect place and location for our family vacation. The apartment was clean with a number of attractive courtesies. Beach access was very convenient. We enjoyed a number of good local restaurants as well as the close proximity to Wilmington. Highly recommend this place for you and yours.

Carolina Beach 2024

This property was great, very comfortable. Just the number of bedrooms and baths we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils and dishes we were used to at home. Parking was great. We were within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants and the very important ice cream and coffee shops. We especially liked the balconies in front and back. The pool was a great alternative to the beach and sand. The hosts were very responsive when we asked questions. Overall, a great experience.

Long Family Weekend at Sea Haven

Sea Haven is a beautiful condo in a great location! Soothing color scheme throughout the space, super-soft linens, and comfortable furnishings. Hosts provide special welcoming touches and clear, timely communication. Condo was perfect for my husband and I to visit with our adult son and his girlfriend for a long weekend, even with T.S. Ophelia passing through. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Highly reccomend

This condo was absolutely better than anything we expected even though I have high standards when booking via VRBO. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! Brian and Lindsey was very accommodating and went above and beyond their duty to make sure we had the most perfect Three day vacation. It could not have been a better weekend. If I had to choose a favorite area, it would diffently be the spacious deck facing the street. We are already planning another trip in August or September and will not even consider staying anywhere else.

Oceanside home away from home!

I highly recommend staying here! The decor is beautiful and the hosts provide everything you need for your home away from home. Whenever I thought "gee, it would be nice to have this..." I'd find it in a closet or kitchen cabinet. GREAT option for larger familes or 2 small families (we did 2 adult rooms and 1 for the kids). They had lots of markers, games (for kids & adults), and books which were another bonus. Parking is easy and it has direct beach access across a small street. Also just a short walk to the boardwalk! Nice to have access to the pool too. Great to be on the top floor and have the rooftop for a great view of the fireworks! Love this place and will be returning. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant!

Great family getaway

It was a great stay. The pictures don't do the space justice. Only a minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. They had everything you need at the condo. Communication was fantastic the entire time. These hosts thought of everything for their guests to have a great time and be comfortable. Between board games, books, blankets, a great kitchen, shower supplies etc... . FYI - If you're looking to rinse off before heading upstairs, make sure to stop at the station by the pool (in the drive thru portion under the building). It's a little hose but it helps a lot to ensure not bringing sand up. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Girls' Beach Trip 2023

My friend and I take our girls to Carolina Beach every year for Labor Day weekend! We enjoyed this condo so much! The owners were very responsive and helpful. They even had a nice snack basket with a welcome card waiting for us when we arrived! The condo isn't waterfront, but the beach access is so close and only a half mile walk to the boardwalk! It was clean and beautifully decorated, so calming and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked too! The only thing I would have changed was the coffee machine. It's a keurig, but just a little different than what I'm used to. Not a biggie, it worked, we had coffee, but you had to put your water in it each time as opposed to having a water basin. I would stay here again and again, hands down.

Fantastic place for a family!

We could not have been any happier with our stay!!! We’ve be vacationing in the Carolina Beach area for several years now & have never stayed in a place that worked out so well in every way! The condo is beautiful but it’s the comforts, location, and wonderful owners that really made this place a step above! It really feels like home! We always travel with our small children & some extended family/friends. The large dinning room table was a fantastic place for family meals & the cozy comfortable living room was the perfect place for games nights! We always bring games but there wasn’t a need! The owners have an enormous game cabinet & if you need a book for a relaxing beach read, they have a nice selection too! The kids room was stocked w/coloring books, markers, crayons, color pencils, & an entire basket of books. My boys absolutely loved it! Their kitchen was fully stocked & prepared to make all the meals. We’ve stayed a lot of places & struggle to cook for the family, but not here! Owners have gone out of their way to provide beautiful bedding, VERY nice towels, & BEACH TOWELS! They have a beach cart w/a few beach chairs in their storage closest & even a very nice beach tote! When I say this place was perfect, I mean PERFECT!! You are a 2 min walk from the beach access & the pool was extremely clean & well kept! The owners Lindsay and Bryan were super responsive, even before we arrived, and very helpful throughout our stay! We will definitely be back!! (And w/less stuff)
