The apartment is located along downtown Upanga in a safe neighborhood with a good view of the Indian Ocean. The apartment is just 120 meter (130yards) from both Muhimbili National Hospital.

The space
The place is both family friendly as well suitable to individuals who would love a good get aways. You are guaranteed privacy and peace with a smoothing sea breeze from the ocean when you stay at this centrally-located place.
Guest access
The guests have access to the entirety of the apartment throughout their stay.
They will also have access to the swimming pool and the gym area during their stay free of charge.
One free Indoor parking spot is also available to the guest and additional one can be added upon guests' request.
Other things to note
On Electricity.
We usually provide 100 Units of electricity for free for every check in. After the 100 units guests can purchase electricity at their own expenses.
The amount of electricity to purchase is based on the amount that you will use.
10 Dollars of electricity can give you about 50 units of electricity that can last for more than three days if you don't use much of the air conditioning.
On House Cleaning.
For longer stays we usually provide weekly cleaning services together with laundry cleaning. The exact day for cleaning in a week will be proposed by the guest.
