The quoted costs are for exclusive all-inclusive use of Villa Zafiro per person per night.
All-inclusive shall mean inclusive of exclusive use of the villa and all its amenities, including common spaces, living rooms and lounges and
bedrooms, all food and beverages (including wine and beer and
liqueurs) and free use all activities-related equipment owned by the
villa. The latter is dependent on weather and conditions as they relate
to safety. Such use of these equipment is extended to Zafiro guests as
a courtesy and not represented as professional instruction or training.
Minimum Cost of rental per night is US$3,000 and this allows for a
maximum of four guests using up to 4 suites.
Any additional guest beyond the first four up to ten shall be charged
extra per person, all-inclusive depending on the season.
Total number of guests shall not exceed ten per stay unless specially
approved by Villa Management in advance.
Children under the age of 12 shall be charged at US$300/night.
