This stunning property nestled in a prime location near the beach offers an array of desirable features that are sure to captivate. With its private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a dock, this home provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and waterfront living.
It has also a soccer table for kids and a BBQ area to enjoy with all the family!

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY PARTIES AT THE PROPERTY.
A boat will be parked at the back of the property, towards the canal area. It is forbidden to touch or approach the boat. There will be a camera directed towards the boat (without affecting the privacy of the guests). A $300 charge will be made to guests who disrespect this rule.
Renters DO NOT have access to the boat lift.
Please ensure that the photography entities are verified to be insured with both workersâ compensation and general liability coverages. As this amenity is not covered by the vacation rental program, we advise that the photographer is required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before the check-in since the COI is part of the contract agreement for the stay.
