Great Family Getaway

Great place and highly recommend

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great experience. The house was as advertised and very comfortable. We really enjoyed all the amenities and the upstairs bunk loft was a hit with the kids. The outdoor space and hot tube was one of our favorite places. I would highly recommend to any family looking for a place in Beavers Bend/ Hotchatown area.

Peaceful and well thought out amenities

I was really pleased with the communication between myself and the host. My family really enjoyed this beautiful cabin and they have everything from a crockpot to a blender. The outside area was my son’s favorite, and the upstairs bunk bed room was a hit with the kiddos as well. We would all love to come back soon.

Great Cabin - Clean, Updated, Comfortable, Beautiful

This cabin was perfect - super clean and nicely furnished. Two Master ensuites downstairs and one large loft upstairs with 4 bunkbeds and another full bath and lots of room for fun. The kitchen had everything you needed and was updated with modern appliances. We had a few requests after we checked in and our wonderful hosts took care of them immediately. The beds were cozy and comfortable, the showers were huge with full size high end shampoo, conditioner and body wash and nice soaking tubs too. Even had fireplace on the back porch to sit and enjoy some wine after a long day of hiking and exploring. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit since it rained the evening we planned to use it, but it was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Magical place to stay

Birthday / Graduation Celebration!

Celebrating our son’s 21st birthday w/family & his best buddies. This home was the PERFECT place for our family - enough beds for the guys w/upstairs to themselves! We cooked out & enjoyed the beautiful, well stocked kitchen to cook IN! Loved the large walk-in showers w/oversized thick, luxurious towels! We also took advantage of the washer/dryer! The home was located in central area to many attractions - our guys had a blast out & about in Broken Bow & the neighborhood was a perfect place to try out new electric mountain bike! We ALL enjoyed family time playing games by the outside fireplace w/music videos on the huge TV ( will be amazing for football watching ) & making s’mores in the fire pit! The hosts / homeowners were absolutely THE kindest, most gracious & thoughtful we’ve ever met while staying in vacation rentals. They responded almost instantly anytime we emailed. We’ve already decided this will be our go-to rental for future trips to BB. We felt so comfortable here, definitely weren’t ready to leave & had so many more activities we wanted to do. Thank you so much, Chaz & Michaela! We will be back!

A Week Away

Our Family gathering of Mother, Sisters and Aunts in Hochatown for a week away from our responsibilities was wonderful. The house was perfect for our group. The zero entry in the front and back was a rare find in rentals and made it much easier for one of the Aunts. The house was very nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. I was glad we had brought our own fire wood and fire starting supplies. Communications from our Hosts was very nice and greatly appreciated!

Amazing stay - definitely recommend!

We have made Broken Bow our yearly Christmas tradition for the past 6 years and have stayed at a different cabin each time. This property has been one of our favorites and we would definitely stay again!! The house listing was accurate, beds and furniture were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space in the common areas for everyone. The yard and patio area were very user friendly, and we loved that we weren’t on a steep hill! Definitely would recommend!

Relaxing getaway!

We had a great stay at One Time at Camp Ranch!! The house was just lovely and very well equipped with everything you would need for your home away from home! Great home for our family of 5 adults. We ate at Hochatown Saloon, Abendigo’s, and Greatful Head Pizza. We hiked the Friends Trail at the state park. We did axe throwing, The Maze and putt-putt. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return for another stay. Only thing is I wish the road to the house was not so rocky especially after the rain. Hopefully one day the streets will be paved.

We met while studying at the University of Arkansas in 2017, got married in 2019 and had our first son in 2021. The past few years have been a whirlwind, but we wouldn't trade it for the world!

We fell in love with Broken Bow because of the small-town feel of the town (though it's growing quickly!). Whether it's hunting, fishing, boating, water-skiing, etc. Broken Bow and Beavers Bend State Park have everything you could think of for the outdoors!
Our property is located only 2.4 miles off the main strip in Hochatown and offers the perfect relaxing getaway for you and your family/friends.
