You are SO CLOSE the Biltmore Village, all its shops, restaurants, coffee shops, the Biltmore Estate Entrance, Ruth's Cris, SO CLOSE to downtown (5 minutes) and the hospitals (5 minutes), 5 minutes to I-40, yet in a quiet neighborhood with a creek in the back of the backyard, firepit (w benches and chairs), hot tub (covered under cedar pergola) and plenty of off-street parking. New granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, comfortable leather sofas, chairs, pillowtop queen beds, separate dining area, 2 bathrooms with showers, separate laundry room with storage. 200 MBPS high-speed WiFi, desk in each bedroom for working or correspondence
