The Memphis - 🐶Dog Friendly, Near Fairgrounds

Welcome to The Memphis. Make yourself at home in this four-bedroom, two-full-bath home with an open floor plan. In addition, there is a privacy-fenced backyard that has a patio and BBQ grill. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a coffee maker, and a crockpot. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The Memphis is located within 9.2 miles of Downtown Pensacola, 16.7 miles of Pensacola Beach, 10.4 miles of NAS Pensacola, 7 miles of the Airport, 5.6 miles of PCC, and 10.8 miles of UWF.

This home has luxury vinyl plank in the living room and the bedrooms. The living room has two sofas to relax and stream movies on the SmartTV. Free High-speed WiFi is available.

We provide linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a nightstand and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet for clothing storage.

The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a closet.

The fourth bedroom is located near the laundry room and has two queen-sized beds, a closet, and two chairs.

The hall bathroom has a tub-shower combo. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the laundry room between the living room and kitchen.

There is space for two vehicles in the driveway in front of the home for parking.

Remember to bring: At Hometown Stays, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags for a 2-day stay. However, we recommend bringing additional items for your comfort and convenience. Pack essentials like toiletries, a hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee, beach towels, an umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need to make your stay perfect. We want you to feel at home, so bring what you need to enhance your experience and enjoy your time with us.

We use tv streaming; please remember to bring your personal account logins to access your favorite streaming services. The Memphis is approximately 35 minutes and 12.6 miles to NAS Pensacola West Gate and about 49 minutes and 31.2 miles to NAS Whiting Field.

Cute house for a getaway

I rented this house for my family to celebrate my daughter's graduation. While a bit smaller than I thought, the house was equipped with everything we needed. The house was clean, stocked, and affordable.

Excellent environment for a Family stay

My mother passed away and we needed a place for several out-of-town relatives. This house not only exceeded our needs but became the meeting place for all of us during a very difficult time. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend The Memphis to anyone visiting Pensacola.

The Memphis Guest House

This house was perfect for us!!! It was very, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property has a huge privacy fenced backyard. There was plenty of room for people to hang out and to eat. There was a nice modern kitchen if you wanted to cook. I highly recommend this house for a Pensacola stay.

Next Year

The place was nice and clean had everything we needed. The rooms were laid out perfectly only one set back there was no tv in any ofvthe bedrooms need a tv atleast in the master bedroom. Would like to reserve again for next year if available.

Close to Perdido Key

Quiet neighborhood property with plenty of room for our extended family. Less than 30 minutes to Perdido Key State Park. Close to good grocery stores and just a few minutes drive to downtown P’Cola.

We were looking in the area for a close home to stay for a race weekend.We found the perfect place . The home was so nice and clean . Plenty of comfortable beds. The house was conveniently located to the track. The communication was great and very quick to respond to any questions I had .

Comfortable house, fantastic manager

The house was clean, spacious, and had the little things that make a stay easier (coffee, bottled waters, trash bags, soaps, etc). The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to my in-laws and shopping. When my father-in-law was unexpectedly hospitalized, the property manager was helpful, understanding, and quick to reply as I needed to repeatedly extend my stay. Really, can't say enough good this about the home or property manager. I will be a repeat customer for future visits to the area.

Evacuated Hurricane Helene to the “Memphis”

We evacuated Hurricane Helene to arrive at the Memphis (me, spouse, mom in law). We did not want a water facing location just in case the storm turned. Check in was very simple and the hosts are super easy to contact. The good— this house was perfect for us- having 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, well equipped kitchen stocked with basic staples, and a large laundry room. They added some very welcoming touches and this house was absolutely spotlessly cleaned. Everything was shined clean and the master bed we slept in was so comfortable!! Plenary of pillows and blankets available. There is a large fenced in back yard if you are bringing a dog (we did not). The bad— is actually not so bad… it did not take away from our stay. The outside of the house does not have curb appeal- no plant life or shrubbery and spotty grass- and could use some paint touch up. Neighborhood is ok- middle class- fairly clean and family looking. The TV works through steaming so you use your own streaming services or the free ROKU channel. But that was fine for us. Cleanliness, comfort and space matter most to us and this one has it in spades. The room with two queens is huge and opposite end from the master which would be nice for families. Don’t hesitate to book this home for your family trip to Pensacola. We would stay here again 😊

About 20 minutes from the beach and super close to all stores needed!. Backyard had plenty of space and it was very clean!!!!!
