Excellent property. Clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great communication with the host-provided lots of local info-and check in was a breeze. Location worked well for activities to the north and south.

Wonderful!

Beautifully maintained farmhouse in a cute town. It had everything we needed for our long weekend in the area. We were there to visit the national park and hike so the hot tub was a welcome sight for aching muscles.

Perfect spring break getaway

The farmhouse cottage is very cute and comfy, and close to everything we wanted to do - hiking at SNP and trail ride at Jordan Hollow Stables. The closest town is Luray which is a 5 min drive and had plenty of options to eat. The views from every window are beautiful and it's so peaceful out there. Gary was very good with communication and was always available to answer any questions. The house opposite had goats/chickens and the kids had a great time petting all the goats and getting to even know the neighbor. The hot tub was an added perk. It was relaxing to sit in the hot tub and watch the stars. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Great weekend

We had a great weekend at the farmhouse! Great fireplace and hot tub, everything was working. Beautiful hiking in the national park close by. Very cozy and nostalgic.

Country Farmhouse Nestled in Valley

Easy check-in and check-out process. Clean house. Easy driveway access. Central HVAC. Nice hot tub. Full service kitchen. Stanley has a nice diner, cozy winery, and very friendly people. Easy drive from DC metro. Highly recommend.

The view from the farmhouse was incredible. The house itself was very cottage core, a great weekend getaway. Gary was the kindest, most responsive host. This is a place we would love to come visit again.

Good place to unplug

We were able to unplug from our crazy life and enjoy some time with the family. The house was clean, the views were beautiful. The house isn’t fancy but was very comfy. The area had some fun things to do for a quick afternoon out. We would stay here again.

Cozy Mountain Get-away

This was my first time in Shenandoah area. I came up as a girls trip and this cozy cabin was just what we needed. It was locayed near the tourist attractions such a s lurray caverns, and Shenandoah Mountains. Gary was super nice and we enjoy our stay! The hot tub was amazing! Definitely a cozy homey gem. He even included a little history of the house. House included coffemaker, and pots and pans to do cooking. Only complaint is that there needs to be a new cutting board.

I felt as if I was at home. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Gary was a great host and even stopped by when we couldn't get the TV to work.
