Bring your Family reunions, church retreats, clubs, bachelor/bachelorette party, business trips, We have 3 buildings on the property, you have access to them all. Private cabins and bathrooms, A recreation room with games, poker tables, 55 inch. TV. A commercial kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook a family style meal for 30 people. Property sits on 80 archers surrounded by the National Manistee Forest. Outside your back door at the tip of the ridge is a breathtaking view of the Manistee River. If you’d like a closer look, walk the steps to one of Mich. best fishing spots, Tippy Dam. There are adventures within 10 minutes, a beach, golfing, horse back riding, rafting, canoeing, fishing, boating, Hiking. There are adventures within 35 minutes, beautiful lake Mich. Little River Casino, shopping on the boardwalk in Manistee, brewery, charter fishing trips,.

Awesome place. Plenty of room, 200 ysrds from the dam. Commercial kitchen, plenty of tables, Will Def stay again.

Checkin was easy and kitchen facilities while a little dated served our large group well with more than adequate space for cooking and food storage. Dining area was very spacious and allowed us to all eat together. The bedrooms were large with ample bathrooms. Because all the bedrooms were interconnected there were some challenges with privacy and coordinating nap and early bedtimes for younger children. The grounds were spacious, well kept, and included beautiful scenery overlooking the Manistee river. Really appreciated the outdoor lighting for cornhole games that lasted past sunset.

Awesome guys trip location

Got together with 18 guys for a bachelor party. Plenty of comfortable sleeping for everyone, fantastic kitchen large enough to cook all of our meals and grill out. Plenty of space away from neighbors to hang out and have a fun weekend. Fire pit had good wood stacked for us and the river was a short walk away to take a dip. Hosts were communicative and very helpful, would absolutely love to stay again!

40th Annual golf trip

For 20 guys this place was amazing! Great location as we played Manistee national and Manistee country club. We had 2 to 3 guys per room. Everyone had their own bathroom and air conditioner. We enjoyed sitting around the fire at night, embellishing stories of past years. We played horseshoes and cornhole. We cooked all our own meals as the kitchen is fantastic. Communication with the host was also. If you have a big group and looking for a place to stay, I would highly recommend.

Amazing Accommodations!!

We had a group of 16 stay here on our annual golf trip. Everyone was in agreement that this was their favorite place that we have ever stayed in the 21 years that we have been doing this trip! We will definitely be returning in the future when our trip brings us this way. We loved utilizing the fire pit, the game room/ entertainment cabin. As well as everyone bunking in the same cabin with their own bed! Not to mention the amount of bathrooms was outstanding.

Mom's 60th Birthday!

Tippy Dam Lodge was the perfect set up for our family to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday. The lodge was very clean. They had everything you need, from cooking utensils, horse pits with lights, cards and other games, fans, and much more. Would defiantly come back again.
