Wonderful views and the convenience of a one-level floor plan make this a perfect vacation retreat at a great value. Ample decks provide plenty of space to sunbathe, read, nap, chat, or just take in the panoramic views and Gulf breezes. A short walk leads to miles and miles of the islandâs award-winning sugar sand beaches and turquoise waters.
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking and a double staircase to the relaxing front deck. An outdoor shower with a bench is provided after a long day at the beach. A fish-cleaning station and park-style grill make preparing your fresh catch a breeze.
Enter the home to an open floor plan living space that brings everyone together. The living room features a sofa and large TV. Exit the living room to the furnished south deck to enjoy exquisite island views. Gather in the dining room for group meals, or dine alfresco on the north deck.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for preparing coastal feasts and offers stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A breakfast bar which seats two is the perfect location for meal preparation or enjoying your morning coffee. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms provide plenty of personal space for the whole group.
