Monte Carlo lyx bostadsrätt är det bästa värdet och plats i Jaco Beach. Vi är idealiskt beläget i centrum av staden bara några steg till stranden, shopping, restauranger, apotek, salong, snabbköp, utflykter, diskotek, Beatles Bar, etc. Du behöver inte en bil här, du kan gå överallt. Om du föredrar en tur, en taxi upphämtning vid huvudingången till någonstans i stan är liten avgift. Fastigheten är en oas av lugn och ro i hjärtat av Jaco Beach. Du kommer att omges med ljudet av de många exotiska fåglar som besöker grunderna dagliga liksom lugnande ljudet av vackra fontäner. Grunderna i villa är vackert formgiven och har en stor pool med simma upp bar, jacuzzi och rancho område med grill och bord och stolar för din matlagning utomhus. Dessa lägenheter är fullt möblerade och utrustade för matlagning. Lägenheten har två sovrum och två badrum, komplett kök, vardagsrum, tvättstuga, uteplats och är 1400 kvadratmeter.
Lägenheten har en king size-säng i sovrummet och 2 tvillingar i det andra rummet. Det finns en Mini split AC per rum.

Aktiviteter: Bara 10 minuters bilfärd bort ligger Marriot Los Suenos Hotel och Marina. Här kan du hitta charterbåtar hyrs för hela dagen fisketurer. Costa Rica är känd för det är bra fiske. Det finns också en stor golfbana på egenskapen. Även inom en 10 minuters resa är Villa Caletas, ett vackert hotell och restaurang som ligger högst upp i en klippa med utsikt över Stilla havet. Det finns en amfiteater för att visa riktigt spektakulära solnedgångar. En idealisk romantisk miljö att ha en cocktail med den speciella personen i ditt liv, är denna plats i världsklass skönhet. Båda dessa platser är ungefär en $ 10 taxiresa bort. Också tvärs över gatan från komplexet finns ett stort tandvårdsklinik. Kvaliteten på tandvård i Costa Rica är samma höga standard som ditt hemland. Den enda skillnaden är att du kommer att betala ca 1/3 av priset i USA Alldeles intill dörren till tandvårdsklinik finns en spansk språkskola ifall du är intresserad av att lära lite spanska.

Dental medicinsk service tvärs över gatan: Förutom att vistas i en lyxig lägenhet, det finns en stor tandvårdsklinik tvärs över gatan.

Kvaliteten på tandvård i Costa Rica är samma höga standard som ditt hemland. Den enda skillnaden är att du kommer att betala ca 1/3 av priset i USA

Awesome location, and beautiful property

Couldn't possibly be better located. Pool is terrific, landscaping is beautiful, and the rooms were really nice. Great kitchen and living space. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

Clean, friendly, private! Within walking distance of the “strip” where all the action is, yet private, relaxing and comfortable. My family of 4 stayed a week and loved singing at the pool by 10am and then looking for adventures in the early afternoon. Highly recommend!

Joyous Jaco

Gorgeous oasis right in the heart of Jaco. Quite and secluded within the compound and yet so close to Main Street and it’s attractions. Just a short minute walk to the beach brings it all together. The condo was just as ordered.

A great place to stay

This is my 4th stay here - which should say something. I have enjoyed it every time. While not on the beach (not necessarily a drawback), the beach it walking distance easily. we spent most of our time in the pool there anyway. There are stores and restaurants easily walked to.

Comfortable Condo, Beautiful Stay

We stayed in the condo for 1 month and loved it! It was truly a home away from home. We were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. But the hightlight of our stay were the employees of the complex. From the manager, the gate guys and the housekeepers - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to visit the town, take walks and shop - we didn't even really need our rental car! The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. We will be staying here again next summer!

Place is so beautiful, I think it was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Costa Rica, definitely luxury Only thing is that on our reservation we had put down 6 people and the place is big enough but they only allowed 4 people per villa and it is a 2 bedroom condominium They do not allowed more then 4 but since we had previously had the reservation through Expedia they had to honored it AC works great and is all over the house, in other houses we stayed they only have AC in the bedrooms and that’s annoying cause the it is so humid and hot They have washer and dryer which that is a BIG PLUS for Costa Rica cause hardly anyone had a washer that alone a dryer and they have you hang your close, but if you come in June which is the raining session, your clothes never dries cause it rains everyday so having a dryer is a blessing There’s a grocery super close walking distance Beautiful kitchen with a large fridge and ice maker, bed are super comfy too I seriously loved this place and wished we had booked our entire 2 week stay in this condo

Satisfied at Monte Carlo condominiums

My husband André and myself stayed for three months at Monte Carlo condominiums in Jaco. We loved the time that we spent in different condos. First of all, the manager Cristian is very professional, patient with us and with other clients. He has a great personnality and communication is quick and easy. When we need something, Christian and his staff make sure that all our needs are met. André and I will return anytime at Monte Carlo condominiums. We recommand you to stay at Monte Carlo condominiums anytime. Bravo Cristian and your staff for your beautiful work.

Love Monte Carlo.

Condos are beautiful and comfy. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. This is our 2nd time here and everyone remembered us. It was like coming home to family. We just love it here. Location is perfect too. We can walk everywhere in town and never needed a car.

Jaco Condo

My husband, two teenage daughters and I stayed in the Monte Carlo Luxury Condo complex for two days and nights at the end of our Costa Rican vacation. The grounds are very pretty, and the 24 hr security guard at the gate was friendly and appreciated. The pool was a nice size and well enjoyed by all! Our condo’s outdoor living space was nicely appointed and spacious. The inside is pretty banged up however... and the cleanliness adequate, but barely. Master bed was comfortable. Twin beds were not. C_______ was the least helpful management representative I interacted with for booking of vacation rentals on this trip. In particular, I found it odd and a little rude that he instantly rejected my request to book when I asked why the posted HomeAway rate was different from the rate he was charging me. All I wanted was clarification regarding the hundreds of dollars I was planning to spend. I would also encourage anyone interested in really exploring the magical parts of Costa Rica to take a pass on Jaco entirely. Head to Dominical and Uvita or up to Flamingo or Conchal, just to name a few options on the Pacific Coast. You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome time in Jaco!

Cristian was a great host with lots of knowledge of the local parks, restaurants, tours. They manage a property with maybe 10 units. You get house cleaning every other day, and the unit is nice and clean. A few things are a little banged up, like one of the dressers was broken, but overall it was great. The security guards are very friendly, and the place and city feel very safe. We didn't have any troubles. About Costa Rica, one thing we got tripped up on was the departure tax of $30/person. We flew out American Airlines and it's included in the ticket. We asked the lady at the counter. We couldn't get a ticket break down for proof but in the end it didn't seem to matter when we were at the airport. Might be standard in all tickets now. The rental cars are way more than you think because you have to buy the insurance per day. Ours was an extra $52 a day. Maybe check in with your insurance provider to see what they could do for you before time. The rental was $120 for a week, but then the insurance added $400. There are shuttle services that might be cheaper in the long run especially if there are only 2 of you. Jaco itself is very walkable and all the tours provide transportation.

Great place in nice quiet community!

Overall we liked our stay at the Monte Carlo. The condo was clean, modern and perfect size for our group! We also liked the fact that it had a pool and was a gated community so it felt safe! The only miss is I'd prefer to be ocean front, for easier beach access. This is a great community to stay in... but just Jaco wasn't my favorite area to visit.

Very Good!

We enjoyed our whole experience at the Monte Carlo, from sunny to rainy days. We enjoyed cooking in the well furnished kitchen with all the necessary tools, as well as the use of the BBQ and also enjoyed the many good restaurants nearby. The grounds were very well maintained and clean. The office staff was always available for any questions. We would recommend this property.

A Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The staff is helpful and kind. The rooms were always clean and with two teenage boys traveling with us ( and the amount of sand and mess they manage to create that is saying something). We enjoyed talking with residents and guests by the pool. Christian was helpful with planning trips that meet our needs and told us trips to avoid as well! It only gets four stars instead of five because you can't see the ocean from here but that is a short and safe walk to the beach. We would go back in a heart beat.

I am Cristian, Property Manager since 2009. I really love this place as my second home. Monte Carlo is a perfect tropical oasis in the middle of Jaco beach. Jaco beach is one of the nicest vacation cities of Costa Rica with many adventures activities to do and a lot of great places to eat.
