Our house has a very convenient open floor plan with ceiling fans in every room and AIR CONDITIONING. Vaulted ceilings with lots of brand new windows and a professional decorator touch gives the space an âI-love-this-placeâ feeling.
THE KITCHEN: The newly renovated kitchen with all new major appliances also includes all the hardware (pots, pans, coffee maker, instant pot, crock pot, Blendtec blender, Keurig, KitchenAid mixer and more) that you need for comfortable cooking and dining at home. You'll find a second fridge in the garage.
THE GREAT ROOM: A well furnished, comfortable living room boosts a large-screen Smart TV, a cozy leather sectional, board games, and some favorite books for beach reading. A large (95") oval dining table and expansive counter height island will accommodate group dining. Al fresco dining on the back patio.
THE BEDROOMS: All four bedrooms have large screen TVs. Three bedrooms have King sized beds and also have their own private-access lanais through beautiful new sliding glass doors. Two of the King rooms have convenient work stations, so you're not hunching over the sofa or your bed replying to email. The fourth bedroom has TWO queen sized beds--not pictured yet--but images coming soon!

THE GARAGE: In the two-car garage you will find bicycles and beach equipment including: snorkeling sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, 2 surf boards (one foam, one fiberglass short board), paddle board, and an umbrella. A foot wash for easy cleaning is located between garage and front door.
LAUNDRY: TWO washer/dryer sets located in the garage.
KID GEAR: A pack and play, a stroller, and bike trailer for littles. Also a few toys and and books are stored in the Great Room.
PARKING: The private drive easily accommodates a 2-4 cars. You'll love having a place to park near so many access points in Princeville. Seriously, parking in Princeville is tough, so having a place with parking and being walking distance to the nearby beaches / Queenâs Bath, like our house, is huge.

Renee and Paul raised three now adult sons and live in San Diego. We love the outdoors so after hearing about the "Garden Isle," visiting Kauai was a natural for us. One visit and we were hooked, ultimately visiting 3 times before deciding we needed to own a home here! We love snorkeling, hiking and any way to get closer to wildlife. We both speak French and Renee speaks Italian so we can easily accommodate guests from Europe and Canada! If you have been to Kauai, you know how beautiful it is, especially the North, where Princeville is located. If you've been to another Hawaiian island, you know how awesome it is, and Kauai is just that much more natural, beautiful and laid back in the true spirit of Aloha. We also own vacation homes in Southern Utah near St. George, one just 30 minutes from Zion National Park and another from beautiful Snow Canyon State Park. Next up: Alaska!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
Oh, so much to love in this home. FOUR bedrooms, THREE FULL baths. It's on a quarter acre beautiful corner lot just a short walk to the Queen's Bath trailhead. Despite its beauty, Queen's Bath is not for everyone and should only be visited in the right season, during the right tides and being very careful, but it is one of Kauai's favorite destinations and a stay in our home means you can walk instead of circling for hours for parking. In addition, walk out the door to see the magnificent, lush mountains of the North end of Kauai. Take any number of other paths from other locations in Princeville to walk down to Turtle Cave (again, if you're brave--be careful, but we did it and we're in our 50s), walk to a number of beaches (like Hideaways and Puu Poa) and drive to more (Anini, with its protective reef, is just 10 minutes away, and Tunnels, with island-best snorkeling, about 15-20 minutes away) all world class. Beautiful Hanalei is also only 10 minutes away with its eclectic shops, restaurants, shave ice and drop dead gorgeous bay. 5 minutes from Foodland, where you'll find some of the best poke on the island. Don't feel like heading out? Open the doors, see the beautiful birds in the yard and overhead and enjoy the tropical plants. You really can't pick many more beautiful spots in the world, and we've looked! And most of the beauty around you can be witnessed literally from your bed as you wake up. You'll not find a better spot!

Jacuzzi and a fire pit dining table on private, fenced Lanai (patio), and 3 more lanais off of three of the bedrooms. Additionally you'll find an outdoor shower in the back and a foot wash by the front door. Two washers and two dryers allow you to have clothes ready for anything. Gourmet kitchen with every appliance you can think off--even a s'mores kit. Bikes allow you to get around all of Princeville easily, and provided beach equipment makes you ready to come, enjoy the beauty and relax.
