Home is located within 10 min to downtown and 6 min to Biltmore Estate. Ideal for families or groups up to 6 people. For a big group consider booking our second home, located on the same lot. Great stay

We were town for a graduation at UNC Asheville and had 6 people in our group. Everything was clean, in order, and stocked well with the necessities. We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable spot!

My family and I came to Asheville for a wedding and we loved this place so much! We had a lot going on over the weekend and wished we had more time to just enjoy the space. All of us said we would definitely come back for a more touristy weekend (shopping, hiking, etc.) and stay here again!

Great vacation

This was a girl trip - 4 of us. The house is exactly like the pictures! The place was CLEAN and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We were all very happy with the house.

Amazing Property- Minutes From the Biltmore

Everything about this VRBO is amazing. Minutes from the Biltmore. Very new and modern. The house was built for congregating. Super comfortable couch, table and kitchen. Every night we ended the night together in the fabulous living room! Two great bathrooms, incredibly comfortable beds, sheets and comforters. So much better than a hotel! My sisters and I had a wonderful time. Many thanks to our fabulous host who was a great communicator all weekend.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was immaculate and had a great layout. A co-worker and I were traveling for work, and this house worked out lovely for us. I would like to mention the home is located in a sharp curve and the driveway is a pretty steep incline -- just thought this would help the next renter. The owner was super responsive anytime I had questions.
