To start, the entire condo was freshly painted with modern and welcoming colors. Brand-new luxury vinyl laminate floors were installed in the main living space! The main living space also features 1 new queen bed frame and mattress, new futon that converts to a full size bed, new large wall mounted TV with basic cable, new desk with storage, new dresser for storage, new decor and accents, and access to the private ocean view balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Guests love the New York style decor and furniture inside this unit! It truly is one of a kind!

The kitchen features all brand new appliances including a full size fridge, a full oven, microwave, sink, coffee pot, toaster, and table and chairs to enjoy your meal at! The cabinets are stocked with all basic cookware and cooking utensils. Everything you need to cook a meal or a small snack will be easy to do right from the room! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Right off the main living space guests will find the private bathroom. This space features a tub/shower combo and vanity.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

Due to guest feedback, we have recently lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

(please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests)
