Thank you for staying at our lake house and for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that aspects of the home and its cleanliness did not meet your expectations. During your stay, we had our cleaner and maintenance team on site to address your concerns, including replacing the shower curtain rod and inspecting the AC as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the upstairs AC failure required a technician and parts, so the repair took 24 hrs from the time that you reported the issue. We understand how uncomfortable that was and we’ve since completed a full system service to reduce the risk of a repeat issue. Since your visit, we’ve scheduled a deep clean of the kitchen, cabinets, and outdoor areas, refreshed soft furnishings, and increased the standard towel allocations for larger groups. We've also ensured that our listing photos, video, and description accurately reflect the home’s current décor. Our goal is always to provide a clean, well‑maintained home and responsive support for guests.
