Built in 2009 and remodeled in 2022, the condo is turnkey furnished (complete with Keurig, Smart TV, and all brand new appliances)! The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare fantastic family or romantic meals. The unit is equipped with washer and dryer and includes a large ski locker on the ground floor. The underground parking garage offers private, gated parking with elevators for quick and easy access.


Just steps away, the Base Village Transit Center offers transportation to/from the airport, downtown Aspen, top of the village / Snowmass mall, and everywhere in between. Servicing all four mountains, the shuttle provides rides to Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk, and Highlands every 15 - 30 minutes. Our concierge team is also here to arrange private transportation to get you to any destination in comfort and style.

This unique corner units comes with great views and amazing natural light. The unit includes a private balcony, ski locker storage on ground level floor, free underground parking, WiFi, in-unit washer + dryer, two communal hot tubs, communal grills, and a fitness center. After a long day of being on the mountain, you will look forward to returning to your private balcony or taking a dip in one of the two communal hot tubs.

The kitchen comes fully equipped to prepare both fantastic family and romantic meals. There is also a well-stocked grocery store within walking distance. If you prefer dining out, there is no shortage of restaurants between Snowmass Base Village and the Snowmass Mall.
