Langosta Beach is just a 2-minute walk away, and the vibrant surf capital of Tamarindo just a 15 minute walk.

Upon entering the property through the automatic gate, you are welcomed by royal palm trees and lush vegetation that offer plenty of shade. You can lounge by the pool on the teak deck, take a siesta in the hammock between two coconut trees, or dine in the shade by the outdoor pool rancho. Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by mature landscaping that took years to cultivate and grow.

The entry of the main home features a large, welcoming space containing the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a large island and sink with plenty of room to prepare meals.

The principal bedroom has plenty of room for the king-sized bed, hardwood closets and en-suite bathroom complete with a double vanity and shower/tub. The other two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms as well, with pretty views of the pool and garden areas.

The home has striking vaulted Costa Rican hardwood ceilings throughout. There’s also a large laundry room and plenty of storage space.

The two cabinas are among the home’s best features. Built to replicate high-end boutique hotel rooms, these charming spaces are large studios with vaulted ceilings, kitchenettes, bathrooms, and beautiful accent walls and decor. They have their own private entrances on the side of the main home, and well-tended outdoor spaces.

Nearby Tamarindo is among the most visited destinations in all of Costa Rica, a hopping town with great surfing, shopping, restaurants, bars, nightlife and people watching. Nearby Baulas Marine National Park is a nesting ground for majestic leather back turtles, and you can take a boat tour in the Tamarindo Estuary to see monkeys, crocodiles and exotic birds.
Just about every conceivable adventure tour by land and sea is available nearby, including fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sunset cruises, zip lining, ATV rentals, mountain biking and animal rescue centers.

Although Tamarindo is walkable, many guests enjoy renting golf carts, they can be delivered and parked inside next to the pool. The road to Langosta was recently paved, making access much easier. Langosta is an hour and 15 minutes from the international airport in Liberia.
