Are you looking for a different type of place to stay? A unique home where you can create some memories? This home offers this type of experience and much more! We completely renovated this home recently, furnished it tastefully and equipped it with everything you need for a perfect stay. The best part is the huge open backyard which becomes magical when the sun sets. Imagine yourself sitting around the fire pit, enjoying the beautiful lights, slow music and a good glass of wine.

The Space:
Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh coffee and the sound of singing birds. Enjoy the Florida weather in the huge backyards. Take a quick 3 minute drive to Blue Spring State Park and see the natural beauty of Florida and swim with the manatees! Return back to the lovely home, relax in the beautifully furnished living room and get ready to grill! After dinner, start up the fire, enjoy the backyard lights which create an awesome atmosphere and take a picture with our instant film camera. Place your picture on our memory wall and create memories to last for a lifetime!

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.

Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.

Great place to stay in Deland

This property was perfect for our 10-day stay in the area to visit my mom who lives locally. The property is freshly and tastefully decorated and well-equipped. It has an open plan kitchen/diner and living room and feels nice and spacious. We only used one of the bedrooms but the bed was super-comfortable. Highly recommend for a short or long stay in Deland and we will certainly look to stay again in future.

Memories home

This house was perfect for our one-night stay in Deland. It was clean, close to Stetson, and had the amenities we needed. It was convenient and the communication with the owner was very good.

Great stay!

Great communication with the owner. Very clean and cute house! Issues with the wood furniture outside, but we were able to find other lawn chairs to sit in and the owner was understanding when I let him know. Great stay and would recommend!

Great place to stay

My son and I needed a place to stay for a baseball tourney. This place was very nice and clean. Easy check in and out. Beds were very comfortable, Had a fire pit that we did not use because all of our games were at night. But it looked very nice. About a 35 minute drive to the beach. If we are back in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Great host

We stayed with Alberto for 2 weeks. He was great and made the process so easy. His rental was so clean and looked just as good as the photos. I would recommend this to anyone. We had such an amazing time. Thank you Alberto and I will book with you again

Blue Springs Manatees

We stayed for two nights. The two bedroom one bath was adequate. If we had another couple or children, the bathroom would have been a bit too small. Any concerns or problems were handled promptly with humility to our satisfaction. Great place to come back to after spending time with the manatees.

Nice trip

The property was nice. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is relatively quiet. My only complaint is the lack of supplies. We had to buy things like trash bags, paper products and dish towels. The house itself was nice and roomy. Great water pressure in the shower and a garage.

Super close to blue springs state park

It’s just a few mins drive to the blue springs state park. Had some problem with their Nest AC but was able to resolve it with Alberto. I would bring some extra toiletries if staying for more than a day. The kitchen had most of what we needed. Neighborhood felt safe.
