Great location to visit Savannah

Very nice unit-had everything we needed.Close proximity to downtown historic Savannah.Unfortunately, neighbors were extremely loud overnight.

Great place to spread out and enjoy Savannah

We enjoyed our time at this location. The apartment was very clean and allowed our family of 4 to spread out and cook some of our meals. The location was nice; short drive to downtown Savannah and not too far from the beach for a day trip. The pool and recreation center was an added bonus.

Savannah Apt

The location was great and convenient to get to airport and historic/downtown Savannah. The pool at the apartment was a lot of fun. Overall the apartment was clean with exception of the dishes (some were dirty). The biggest complaint would be the neighbors as they were loud at all hours.

Great!

Unit was clean & beautiful. The unit had all the comforts of home. It was close to downtown Savannah & had a binder with a lot of helpful tips & suggestions. Upstairs neighbor was a bit noisy but other than that I would 100% stay again.

Not very clean

The carpet was not very clean, the furniture in the living room was not clean and there was only one small couch to sit on. We had to take stairs up to second floor, the stairs and hallway was filthy.

Spring Break

We traveled to Savannah with friends for our son’s spring break. The property was nice and fairly comfortable. It worked for the five adults in our party. Despite the cooler weather, we enjoyed some time by the pool and in the game room. The only drawbacks to the property were the limited living room seating and limited cookware in the kitchen.

Great Stay

Close to SCAD, River Street, and other Savannah attractions. Very clean apartment. Access to very nice pool and clubhouse. Owner was very reaponsive/available before and during our stay. Comfortable beds and additional airmattress included

Great Apartment in Savannah

Apartment was great! Pool was fantastic. Easy quick trip to downtown Savannah to wonderful food and sights. Don’t forget to stop at Leopold’s for their ice cream. Matthew was great host.

Stay at Chatham Pkwy

The property was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Very clean, quiet, free parking, gated community. Easy communication with the host. Host checked on us everyday. We'd stay in this property again if need be. Overall very happy 😊

Great location and amenities, terrible experience

Property was great, however, we arrived with scheduled maintenance to the water system, which left us without water for numerous hours each day of our stay. This was extremely inconvenient, especially with traveling with children and an infant under one years old. If we would have known prior to booking, we would have definitely not booked this location, while the owner claims that they were not aware until we arrived.

Beautiful Savannah

We booked this condo for the National Beta Convention. The booking was so easy and the Host was absolutely amazing! The place was perfect and not far from the Convention Center. My granddaughters loved the to relax in the pool at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this location and this host to anyone coming to this area! Peggy

Savannah Family Trip and Touring

Matt is a great host and the property exceeded our expectations. It has a good space. The kitchen is wonderful to prepare meals. The bedrooms, laundry and living area is perfect. We especially enjoyed the fitness area. It is close to downtown and Tybee Island. You do need a car or use a ride share. Compared to staying in the historic area, it is very reasonable , quiet and close to enjoying the downtown and Tybee Island. We definitely recommend it. And if you are traveling in May through Mid October , there is a fantastic outdoor pool. 5 star place for sure.

Short drive to downtown Savannah

Quiet, gated community away from crowded downtown area...yet still a close drive to both downtown and the airport. Everything was clean and communication with owner was always prompt and helpful. Would stay there again.

We loved our stay in Savannah. The place was nice and the host stayed in communication the whole time. He made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out and we had what we needed. He even gave some suggestions on places to check out while we were visiting.
