Nature's Paradise - Inground Pool - GREAT MONTHLY RENTAL RATE
Contemporary home with cathedral ceilings on corner canal, featuring a 40-foot boat dock with powered davits and 31 foot in ground pool with 8-foot ledge lounger. This home has two levels, featuring the primary bedroom with an en suite and laundry on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms with bathroom on second floor with sliders going out to a deck. Sleeps 8 people. The custom windows highlight the great open floor plan on the first level kitchen/living area. Please note that the Daily rates are for the 28-day min stay. This property is the perfect location for the boater/fisherperson. Head right down the canal and you will be in the Gulf shortly. Come back from a day of boating, if you were fishing there is a cleaning station located on the dock, enjoy a shower in the outdoor shower and then relax in the NEWLY built 31ft pool with ledge lounger. There is a grill outside you can cook your fresh catch on. Enjoy a game of ping pong on the outside table by the pool. You can kayak right off the corner of the property and head out to the Gulf or just enjoy the canals. The closest boat ramp is only 2 miles away and Bahia Honda State Park Beach is located 3 miles away and also has a boat ramp. This house also has decks on every floor to enjoy the state game lands, take in the sun and sunsets. There is a screened porch off the living/kitchen area where you can enjoy your meals or just sit and enjoy the views. There are TV's in each of the bedrooms, plus living area and a desk/chair in the 3rd bedroom.

I am from PA. I love coming here when the weather is cold in my area and enjoy the warm weather. I like hiking, swimming, and exploring nature. I like being a host because you get to meet new people from different places and since I can't be here year-round, it feels great to let other people enjoy my house like it was their own.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The house is situated at the end of the road. So it is quiet and peaceful. The property next to mine is vacant since it is owned by the county.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The house is located in the perfect location, only 30 min to Key West. It is on a corner canal so there is canal on two sides of the property. I recently put in a 31 foot inground pool with ledge lounger and there are decks located around the house on both levels to enjoy views from all angles of the house.
