About this space
Beautiful Furnished Condo. Walk to Brookside, shops & restaurants. Only 2.5 miles to Cherry St. Utica Square. Less than 5 miles to downtown Tulsa. Under a mile to Arkansas River jog/bike trail. Updated 2 bdrm, one level. Backs to pool. Updated kitchen&bath includes deep whirlpool tub. Pull out couch. Within blocks 3 grocery stores, Reasor's, Whole Foods&Trader Joe's. Restaurants are within 2 blocks to 1 mile. Free Parking. Easy access to expressways.
The space
This is an updated 2 bedroom condo with one bath including a jetted tub/shower combo. This condo is one level but does have 3 steps just inside the home. Central Heat and Air. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in the other and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans, blinds and curtains. This space includes a fenced courtyard and the pool is just beyond the fence. Smart tv in all rooms Including Cable, Netflix and Hulu and Wifi. Amenities include full size front loading washer and dryer. Gourmet kitchen with professional frigidaire gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, ninja coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hangers. Off street parking. Pack-n-Play, Stroller and High Chair available upon request.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire space and courtyard in back. You will also have access to the pool right outside your back door during pool season and pool hours. Closed one day a week for maintenance.

Quiet hours after 10 pm., Inside and Out. Absolutely no motorized vehicles on the grounds anywhere, they must stay in the parking lot. No smoking or vaporing on premises.
