Fun and relaxing

Very nice place. Fun and relaxing for everyone. Fishing for the guys, pool for the kids and lounging for the ladies. Enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back.

Fantastic Stay

This house is conveniently located near town. It’s on a canal so you can fish day or night. We were able to see the Fourth of July fireworks from the front yard. Well stocked, spotlessly clean and big enough for our family of six with room to spare. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful

This was our very first time to Rockport but we felt so comfortable and amazed with this property that we spent more time here than anywhere else. The availability of all your needs while staying somewhere were met 100%. Comfortable beds, updated decor, cool AC, just right kitchen with everything you need, convenient washer and dryer, an ICE MACHINE, mini kitchen/bar outside with heated pool overlooking the bay. We really couldn't ask for anything more. We are already talking about renting this place again next year. Owner was very nice and quick to respond to our messages. Two thumbs up and 5 stars all the way!

Perfect Home & Location

We had a perfect stay! This GORGEOUS home is in Rockport’s best neighborhood. The location of the home is almost on a Key Allegro point so our views were beautiful. We fished from the dock, watched beautiful birds and sunsets. I was sitting outside enjoying morning coffee and had a dolphin swim right up to the dock! The home was immaculate. Linens and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen met all of our needs. A/C was in perfect working order…important at the coast. Scott is a friendly and attentive host. We will book this house again for sure!

We have stayed many homes in Rockport but this was exceptional! Seriously 5 star hotel amenities, great location, great view and evening breeze. Beds were so incredibly comfortable!! We loved our stay and would stay again!

Family Getaway

This was a weekend getaway for our family and we couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more at this beautiful home. The pool and patio on the water was perfect all day and night. The home was spacious and allowed privacy for all.

Best so far

This is the best house we have stayed in over the last 3 years. Everyone was complimentary on how well it was thought out. I especially liked the rod holders and the ice machine!

Home was beautiful and extremely well kept. AC took a day to acclimate, so it could have been a bit cooler the first night, but property manager was extremely engaged and helpful.

Nice house but….

Overall the house is very nice, however we felt that there were quite a few things that were not clear. There were many locked cabinets, including all closets, labeled “owner”, we couldn’t hang any clothes or use some things in the kitchen. The lack of availability of closet space was frustrating because you basically live out of your suitcase. The garage as well was locked and unusable. The pool is more of a soaking tub and bakes in the sun so we didn’t even use it, which with kids wasn’t very fun. There is construction across the canal all day. We spent 6 nights here so I feel we can give an adequate review, house is nice but things need to be made clearer on the listing or the owners need to open closets and cabinets.

Great relaxing weekend

The house is beautiful and has several spaces to relax and enjoy your stay. It’s on a quiet street and away from the tourist traffic that plagues Rockport. The property was immaculate and well appointed, and all the bedrooms had great comfortable bedding. The host was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the kitchen does not have good cookware. That won’t be an issue for guests who want to skip cooking, but I like to cook and will bring a good Dutch oven and skillet when I stay again. I’ll definitely stay again.
