Very nice place, accurately described. I underestimated the distance from the center of Cabarete but it’s ok. Security guards and local community are nice people. Worth staying if you want peace and relaxation.

Perfect Place in Paradise March 15 - April 15

Ideally located on the beach with incredible views of the sunrise. Check-in was a breeze. Marving, the security guard who carried our bags to the condo.The first day we noticed the TV wasn't working. Marcia immediately had a technician attend and after attempting to repair it, a new (and larger) TV was delivered and set up for us.The condo is bright and roomy inside. The furniture is comfortable and the bed was super comfy. We bonded instantly with many of the other Canadian guests and enjoyed many a happy hour each afternoon in the gazebo, with bocci ball being played under the shade of many of the palm trees.We spent almost every morning sitting on the gazebo enjoying our coffee and some of the beautiful dogs who would take time out from their frolicking on the beach to visit while we waited on the stunning sunrises.Daily walks for miles along the deserted beach with one or two dogs were part of the relaxed lifestyle. As an example, on the 4 km (return) beach walk to the Boca River one morning, we met one other person...and two dogs. Walking the other direction, a mile walk would bring you to Martini's beach bar. We did not have a vehicle but only needed a taxi a few times to get into town for supplies. Many staples were available from the local family run stores a couple blocks away. There a couple of great eateries and bars within a couple blocks as well. Hated to return home, unlike previous vacations, when we are usually anxious to get home.

Beach walkers comfort

Very nice place tucked onto open beach of Cabarete east. Condo was clean and comfortable.

This place was very hard to find. Construction going on. And there was no way to check into the establishment. It looked like it no longer existed. Extensive construction ongoing. I did not feel safe to stay so I didn't.

Modern condo in a gorgeous setting

This is a fabulous place to stay. The beach is wonderful and you basically have it to yourself. We walked it everyday and played in the ocean when it wasn't too rough. You also have a great pool and lounge chairs if the beach is not your thing. The property is well maintained and clean. The condo is well appointed and has everything that you need. The bed was very comfortable. We cooked most of our meals but there are 3 restaurants that are minutes away. It would be advisable to rent a car or a scooter. Cabarete is too far to walk. The local bus is another option. Marcia was great to deal with. She was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. It is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax in a gorgeous quiet setting. A little bit of paradise.

Perfect Oasis

Though you are a couple miles away from Cabarete central this place is amazing! The condo was very clean and Marcia was incredibly when I had questions. The property / beach were very secluded offering quiet time after the excitement of Cabarete.
