This is my third stay with a group at this property. It is immaculate and well-appointed, with great areas for gathering and for relaxation, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub is an ideal place to decompress and there are three separate dining tables (two outdoors) that can seat up to 6 and a large one that seats 8 in the main dining room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the living spaces are numerous and comfortable. Great stay, as always! One of our group members left something behind and the agent was eager to help us get it back and went out of her way to do so.

Gorgeous house and excellent location. The listing described the house with a golf simulator, however the property owner had removed it.

Great stay at Bear Mountain

Beautiful property, perfect for a family getaway. Only snag was the door code provided through the online app was incorrect. EMR was quick to provide us the correct door code and the rest of the stay was great!

This house is truly beautiful and exceptionally well kept. There is plenty of space to relax and gather, and it feels very homey while still offering a lovely touch of luxury. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking tools and equipment—everything needed to prepare meals—which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The view is absolutely spectacular and a highlight of the property. We loved the convenient access to nearby hikes, and downtown Victoria was very easy to reach—less than a 30-minute drive. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return.

Celebration of Life

The Bear Mountain house was perfect for our extended family to celebrate our mother, grandmother and great grandmother’s life. It is very well appointed with 2 kitchens, lots of dishes and glasses, cookware and spices. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed their stay very much.

Beautiful Location and Luxurious House

Immaculate property. Spacious and well-appointed, with room to spread out and enjoy entertainment, meals, and relaxation. Beautiful location with fantastic views. We loved the comfortable beds, the kitchen, and the choices of places to dine both indoors and outdoors. This was my second stay at this property and I will seek it out again if I travel to Victoria with a big group again in the future.

Golf trip

We had a fantastic time. Donna welcomed us to the house which is unique in what I have experienced with VRBO. She was so helpful and explained the entire house, appliances, etc. Great location and the house looks even better in person than in the photos. Will definitely be back!

Large beautiful home. Ample room for 7 people. Very clean. Kitchen was fantastic. Bedrooms were large and clean. In fact there is 2 kitchens so there is a lot of room for storing food and beverages in 2 large fridges. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a lovely lady give us a tour of the whole house when we checked in.

8/10 Bra

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation, plats och annonsens riktighet
The house is lovely and in a beautiful development with wonderful views. Very quiet neighborhood and enough parking for five cars. Golf and hiking in the vicinity and a nice restaurant at the Westin Hotel, a ten minute walk away.Kitchen nicely equipped. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The door to the deck was broken, so the only way to use the deck was to go through one of the couple's bedroom, awkward. The second kitchen had a plugged sink when we arrived until we checked out, The stairs down to the third deck from the lower level had not been cleaned of all the bobcat scat in a long time. It was a lot and difficult to avoid. There are two Yale key code pads. One at the front door and one on the backdoor on the lower level. We assumed that they both would have the same code, wrong, and so we were locked out down stairs and had to get our way to the front door in the dark. The agent insisted that no shoes be worn in the house. They should provide disposable slippers or at least told us in advance so we could have brought our own house shoes or slippers.

Beyond my expectation!

This property is the most magnificent rental I have ever stayed in. It was described accurately. Very spacious, clean and comfortable with a splendid view. I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny and provided a memorable stay for me and my extended family.

Perfect place for a family get together

We are eleven adults and a one year old. The house gave us plenty of space for different groupings for conversation or games, space to get away from the activities when needed, and the perfect location to easily get to the major attractions of the area. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, or pan needed to prepare meals for everyone. Very comfortable!

4/10 Dåligt

Gillade: Renlighet och incheckning
Gillade inte: Kommunikation
The property itself is quite lovely and overall we enjoyed our stay. However, as soon as there was an issue the communication with the rental company was quite poor. The Hot Tub was not working which was a crucial piece as to why we booked the location. Clearly nobody had checked it prior to us arriving. We ended up spending a couple hours back and forth trying to solve the issue, which interrupted a part of our stay. When I asked for a partial refund, it took them over 2 weeks to get back to me, with multiple attempts and reminders on my part.
