Even though nature tried to get in the way we had a wonderful stay

What a beautiful ocean view stay and rental. Perfect for friends that need their space. Special thanks to Chris (security). He was so helpful especially during our late night arrival for two ole ladies. We had high winds from the hurricane and the electricity was turned off throughout Lahiana (mandatory). Chris even checked on us to make sure we were okay, too. The resort has great perks and discounts. Free car rental, grocery delivery partner Maui Market, and welcome gifts for our arrival. The rental was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Ice cooler, lawn chairs, picnic baskets and more. They knew we were coming and they baked a cake of comfort, service, cleanliness,, quick responses, safety, great discounts, perks, and great memories! Thank you KBM Napili Point Resort and Chris! ! We will be back!!!

Perfect location!

The views are spectacular and the accommodations superb! The beds are comfortable and everything was very clean. We enjoyed watching the whales and sea turtles from the Lani.

Serene, Beautiful Condo in Paradise!

We loved our stay at Napili Point! After this experience, I can't imagine staying anywhere else on Maui.  As the saying goes...location, location, location!  You can't beat the beautiful, unobstructed view of the bay as well as the proximity to the ocean, the two pools and the parking lot. I liked being able to easily hop in the car to get to the little shopping plaza less than a mile away to pick up groceries or a meal or rent snorkel gear. The condo is ideally located for taking walks to explore the area. We were happy to discover that it is only a quick 5-minute walk to the popular Gazebo restaurant and neighboring Napili Beach which is an idyllic, sand beach with mild waves for playing and snorkeling in the ocean. The lanai was perfect to take in the unforgettable sunsets and swaying palm trees as well as for watching the turtles pop their heads out of the water throughout the day. We went snorkeling right out front of the property and appreciated the convenience of the shower outside the pool to rinse off our gear and ourselves before jumping in the pool. The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. I loved the layout, décor, furnishings, and the fresh, bright vibe of the space. The beds were incredibly comfy which is so important when you are staying at a place for more than a few days. The provided coolers and beach gear were a very nice touch. We did a lot of cooking because we loved eating our meals on the table on the lanai and we found that the kitchen had everything we needed and then some.   Overall, the condo was a perfect escape to paradise for us and we can't wait to come back!

Perfect location and great condo!

Our stay here was amazing! We were able to snorkel in Hokuena Bay, right below our Lanai, and there were so many fish and turtles! 2 minute drive to Kapalua Bay, and you can walk to Napili Bay.The condo is great with plenty of room, and watching whales and sunsets from the Lanai was sublime. I highly recommend!!

Perfect location and great condo!

Our stay here was amazing! We were able to snorkel in Hokuena Bay, right below our Lanai, and there were so many fish and turtles! 2 minute drive to Kapalua Bay, and you can walk to Napili Bay. The condo is great with plenty of room, and watching whales and sunsets from the Lanai was sublime. I highly recommend!!

Highly recommended!

The views from this location are absolutely stunning. It’s set in a fantastic part of town, with markets, coffee shops, and great food all within walking distance. The resort did an excellent job with the decor, check-in process, and the thoughtful gift basket. We felt right at home the moment we walked into the condo. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing property - will be returning to this same unit again!

It was an absolutely wonderful property for our family of 4. Loved the outside sitting area with the sounds of the waves, watching surfers, and amazing sunsets. Location is perfect - snorkeling with turtles just steps away on the reef, walking distance to amazing beaches, and the property's waterside pools were so relaxing! The unit was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. Truly fantastic - thank you!

Million dollar view/location!

This clean, nicely decorated condo with updated bathrooms has an ocean front location with a stunning view off the balcony. The sunset view was particularly mesmerizing. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and listening to the ocean during afternoons and evenings. Our favorite beach was Kapalua Bay Beach, just a 7-8 min walk down the road. So convenient to be able to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property!

Second Stay Here, Just as Nice

We returned to this condo after a wonderful trip the year before. It is an extra special location with views of turtles and surfers through the extra large windows. The inside was so comfortable from the beds to the sofa. There were some beautiful new furniture pieces (dressers) that looked like pieces of art with carvings. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, including a cooler to get our ice cream home from the nearby market. Enjoy!

Napili Point (NAP-C31 )

My wife and I stayed at Napili Point with our 2-children in a one-bedroom plus loft unit. The location was perfect. Stunning views of the ocean. Perfect for turtle and whale watching. Easy access to snorkeling just steps away from the condo. Very active turtle bay and safe accessibility for the children. Outdoor shower to rinse before jumping into the 2-community pools. Several clean barbecues to enjoy your favorite cookout. We especially like the Napili area because its quiet and well-kept but just about 1-mile outside the busier resort town of Kapalua. Short 10–15-minute drives to Kaanapali and Lahaina. Napili Point is a quick 5-minute walk to The Gazebo restaurant and Napili Bay Beach, and a 5-minute drive to the Kapalua Bay Beach. Less than 1-mile to the Napili Plaza for local shops, dining, and groceries. The condo itself was cozy and homelike, well maintained, and had all the beach gear and household items needed to enjoy our stay. Water Works Sports next door offers water and beach gear sales and rentals. We highly recommend Napili Bay and the condo unit!

Absolute Paradise - A Week in Heaven at C31

Thank you all for an absolutely amazing week at Napili Point! We traveled a long way and trusted that booking Unit C31 was the right choice — and the moment we walked through the door, we knew it was. The condo’s unbeatable location, with its stunning panoramic view of the bay, was pure bliss to wake up and fall asleep to. What a dream vacation for our family. The condo had everything we could possibly need — brand-new appliances, plenty of beach gear, and a fully stocked kitchen (we brought our own groceries and beverages). We enjoyed morning coffee while watching the sunrise and evening sunsets from the patio. Each day, we snorkeled with sea turtles and hiked along the cliffs for breathtaking views. KBM was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, and it’s clear they care for the condo as if it were their own home. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we (reluctantly) left. A few of our favorite nearby restaurants were Joey’s next to Napili Market and Miso Phat — wonderful local spots that shouldn’t be missed! We will absolutely be back and look forward to staying in C31 again. Thank you, KBM, for an unforgettable week in paradise!

This listing is true to its description and reviews -- almost heaven! About the only thing I have to add is that I was happy to find that the area is much more "walkable" than I had realized. It is very close to several excellent restaurants, such as the Sea House and the Gazebo, and just a short walk to the beginning of the dramatic and lovely Coastal Trail. The routes aren't always apparent but a chat with the helpful front desk staff will set you on the right path. Non walkers should know that the condo itself is up a steep flight of stairs to the second floor entrance. The wonderfully well-stocked Napili Market is a short car ride away. The unit uses keys. and not a code, and is part of the Napili Point Resort, so if you are arriving late the front desk will let the security guard know you are coming and they will show you to your unit, which gets your vacation off to a great start; no searching around trying to find your unit and staff on hand during the day to to deal with any issues and answer any questions. We loved this unit and hope to return!

Napili Point C-31

KBM provided outstanding service on a fantastic rental unit. From the initiation of the rental process through the entire stay, KBM responded to all inquiries promptly and all concerns were immediately addressed. Due to our travel itinerary, our check-in was late at night. Check-in was very easy as KBM provided clear, concise check-in instructions. A KBM representative even called after our check-in to make sure everything was perfect! This was our 9th visit to Napili Point Resort, and our first through a KBM managed property. Previous stays have been in 1-br A units which were all great. The added space and bathroom with the upstairs C units was great. This particular unit was exceptionally clean and well appointed with all necessary cooking untensils and cleaning supplies. KBM provided a very nice welcome package, too! This reservation included a complimentary rental vehicle provided through Budget rentals. This was a deciding factor in choosing a KBM property and we were very happy with Budget and the vehicle. The booking process was very easy as was obtaining the vehicle and Budget even upgraded our vehicle to a larger vehicle free of charge. We were extremely happy with this location and with KBM and would not hesitate to recommend both.

The Condo was awesome! What a wonderful place to stay on Maui.

Aloha, My family loved the condo! It's in a wonderful location in a bay, so it's quiet and very easy to get to. There's great snorkeling places near by, a convenient grocery store and places to order out food. The condo itself was very spacious, well equipped, clean, with comfortable beds. The lanai has a very comfortable cushioned chair that was wonderful for watching the sunrise/sunsets, which were fabulous from this location. The other thing I really liked about the location, that you don't get other places like Kaanapali, is you get to watch surfers every day, which was fun. The first time I was in Maui we stayed on Kaanapali Beach, which was nice, but this location and condo was much nicer. There was more room, more comfortable, better views and a more relaxed feel. We cooked breakfast every day, which is easier, cheaper, and allows more time getting ready. There are grills available too which is nice. The staff was really nice and the cleaning crew is great. We saw them cleaning the pool and grills every day and care for the grounds. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Maui. Tom and Susan were great to work with and are available if needed, which is comforting. I had a question while on the trip and Tom returned my call quickly, which was appreciated. If/when we go back, we'll be looking to stay here again for sure! Mahalo, The Smith family.
