Perfectly located just a short walk to the nearest trailhead, and only minutes drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre or Downtown Golden. Place was beautiful, we had a Teddy Swims concert to attend so we booked this place for a night. My only thing I wasn't happy with was when we got back around 11pm we were just watching a movie and talking lights were off just kitchen light was on. We had a knock at the door around midnight. Hesitant to open, my finance and brother in-law opened the door and it was the guy from downstairs saying if we knew there was quite time hours! Mind you we were not even being loud just talking about the concert we just attended. So just want to say if he had a problem with 4 of us being too loud than I wouldn't recommend staying with a ground or even young ones unless you don't mind being in bed at 10pm. Other then that the place was great!

We had a couple issues when we first checked in and the host was super responsive and took care of it within the hour. Clear directions east communication made the entire trip easy.

Great space and location.

We had a lovely time. The location was nice. I would say the beds were comfortable but the pillows in every room were cheap and uncomfortable and made for a rough nights sleep for nearly all 6 of us. One small tweet would make a big difference. Also, the second floor bathroom toilet leaks.

College visits

Property location was perfect to visit CU Boulder and easy access to I 25 to visit CSU. Great location by the mall, plenty of restaurants to eat at and things to do.

Great house between Golden and Red Rocks

Nice house with everything we needed. Looked newly decorated. Quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from downtown Golden and maybe 10 minutes from Red Rocks (unless you leave late for the concert like we did…then it’s an hour!).

Nice rsidence

Very much enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home! Everything worked well and we enjoyed evenings in the living room with the fireplace. The owner was extremely helpful and quickly responsive to our questions and helped in suggesting local restaurants and hiking trails.

Perfect home

The property was clean and beautiful. The location was close to hiking and town. We enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay again. The host was very prompt with all communications and all the extra touches in the house were a nice touch.
